Hotel berhampiran São Sebastião di Lisbon

Just returned from 4 nights in this hotel. Very friendly staff, room was very pleasant with a very comfortable bed. The room also had all you would need. My only criticism of the room amenities would be that after the first night, bottled water is charged. Also on arrival the room had a small bottle of wine on the dressing table and it is not clear that this charged. Perfectly fine that all drinks in the mini bar are chargeable. Breakfast is very good with a good range available of both hot and cold. We did not use the pool, but it is a small pleasant place to sit. All staff are very good, particularly the hard working breakfast staff that are always on hand to help. We would stsy here again. The location is superb for access to Lisbon Metro.

From the moment you first walk into this hotel to the moment you check out, this is a fantastic hotel. Super friendly check in. I asked the lady at check in if she would print out my PCR test result for me and she was more than happy to do so. At some hotels you would expect this simple ask to be too much effort, but not at this hotel. Service with a smile. The hotel is super clean and has automatic hand sanitiser dispensers at multiple locations. The hotel even smells amazing. The room is also super clean. Very reasonably priced also.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

The hostel has everything that you would want. The staff was super helpful for whatever you wanted to do. The hostel itself has an area for you to meet people as well as a quiet area if you have to get some work done. It was also very clean. Definitely recommend it.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.

The delightful hostel offered comfortable and tidy rooms to our stay. It is located in a convenient area that allows us to easily explore Lisbon. We'll find a nearby supermarket called Pingo Doce, as well as a cosy café. The Marques Pombal Park, which is considered one of the best parks in Lisbon, is also close by. And there are metro stations within walking distance of the hostel, making it easy for us to get around the city. We're glad to enjoy our stay and we appreciate it.

Staff bastante simpático, eficiente e atencioso. Pequeno-almoço delicioso e bem composto. Espaço bem iluminado e limpo. Ao chegarmos ao quarto deparámo-nos com um pequeno problema de manutenção. Prontamente chegou ao quarto uma rececionista com uma rápida solução: mudança de quarto, uma vez que já era um pouco tarde para resolver tal problema. De notar a eficiência e rápida resposta ao problema.

This hotel is very convenient when going to and from airport using Red Line - Sao Sebastian Metro is super close right across the street. Impressed by the embroidered bed linens and towels. Room finishes are very high-end. You can see housekeeping uses a higher standard from the folding of the towels and the sharp edges of the duvet. Size of room and bathroom are ample with 2 separate mini-wardrobes. The windows can tilt open if you want fresh air. And you can close them at night for quiet. And as somebody else has mentioned, it is 5 minutes walk to El Corte Ingles, where there is a huge supermarket in the basement, different eateries - cheaper in the basement, high end at the rooftop.

the hotel perfect to touring around lisbon and airport (just get the bus 744 .2.50 euros you get of just 5 mints the hotel at campo pequeno)very good location all the restaurants cafe supermarket feel step the down side is no kettle for nice cup tea or hot coffee in the morning .I been here many times .

Comfortable, clean and well run. The staff were helpful in clarifying travel issues such as the intermittent rail strike. Our room was good but the lift, although claiming to fit 4 people, is really big enough only for 2 and I think a sizeable hotel. should have more. On the plus side you can get up almost as early or late as you like, because the buffet breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. to midday. And the dawn chorus of twittering birds outside the window is nice if you like that sort of thing. The hotel is not as central as its title implies and in the area there's a shortage of evening entertainment in the way of bars. A couple of good restaurants, the Churrascaria and the Hamro Ghar (Nepalese, would you believe!) serve good food and beer however.
