The location is good just few minute to the museum. The cleanliness need a bit improvement and the linen have a lot of stain. In the night there a few times people try to open our door and i dont know why. Requesting for coffee amenities but until checkout no one sending the coffee amenities to our rooms. But the front desk service are excellent.

Fantastic location within walking distance of city centre. Room clean, decent size. Staff very friendly and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay here the staff were lovely and we had an amazing sized room with everything that we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The location was really quiet and we got the room for a really reasonable price especially as it was a Christmas stay I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Lovely stay, very attentive to requests such as fixing the moving bed. Overlooking the ferris wheel was quite a nice touch. Also close to Albert Dock and accessible to city centre. Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and let us store our luggage with no extra charge. Definitely recommended

Hotel was as lovely as ever, comfortable beds and comfortable pillows (the pillow thing is a big thing for me). Friendly staff. Easy to find from the city centre.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous room and very friendly, helpful staff. Can’t fault the stay. However I am having issues with a stay booked since then and nobody seems able to help me with this

The hotel is unable to provide recovery services because we encountered difficulty reaching it due to a canceled train caused by flooding and bad weather. Although the trip customer service tried their best to assist us with Leonardo Hotel, the hotel adheres to its policy. We hope the hotel can review our situation, considering that our trip to Leonardo Hotel Liverpool was affected by the train service disruption due to adverse weather conditions. We hope to get the refund of the stay. Thanks

Brilliant hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is very well located. I would stay again.

Perfect Docklands location, clean, comfortable, short walk to city centre and train stations. Would book again if need to return to Docklands for business or pleasure.

Very pleasant stay at the learnado’s parked in the car park near by, close to Liverpool 1 and the docks. Ideal location very reasonable price.

The hotel is on the pier and has a good location. Easy access to the attractions as well as West Kirby.
