This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is very popular with corporate and school events. Room given has problem with the socket points the 2nd night of staying. Reception offered to change room but we decided to just let them help with charging our phones. Breakfast spread is quite limited.

暑假出來玩，臨時決定的並沒有提前預訂，暑假期間天目湖的酒店價格都很高，我想想也不甘心，於是在攜程上各種比較，最終選擇了這家維景酒店，原先看了攜程4.5的評分還不太敢訂，後來去**比價還是攜程便宜一些，**評分4.7，那就住吧，相對於其他上千的酒店，帶着孩子住他們家娛樂項目會比較多，暑假六百多的價格，包含兩張温泉門票，包含早飯，晚上住宿跟前台説升級房間有空餘房間都會幫忙升級，我們是親子房都滿了，辦理入住的前台還感到很抱歉，還給我們升級了更好的極光套房，晚上服務員還送了寶貝牛奶零食，在人多的暑假酒店的體驗感真的非常舒服，入住酒店還能享酒店正餐85折的價格。等到退房，前台小吳還熱心詢問是不是帶孩子出來玩的，給了我們家兒子一個很漂亮的玩偶，非常感謝。
還有酒店離天目湖水世界很近，開車幾分鐘就到了，沿路全是吃魚頭的飯店，都很不錯。我們隨便吃了一家都很好吃。

帶老媽來天目湖玩，訂了天目湖賓館，完全就是度假的放鬆感，非常舒服。老五星酒店，地理位置絕佳。
服務：賓館的工作人員無時不刻在你身邊服務，非常細緻入微。前台小劉小陸小張熱情周到，主動幫我升級了湖景房，特別喜歡。
設施：房間有陽台，能愜意地看天目湖景區，舒坦。房間乾淨整潔，枕頭，也是一軟一硬。衞生間除了乾濕分離，有兩個洗手池，太人性化了。
吃：兩個人就在風味小館點了小份天目湖魚頭，也是一大砂鍋呢，據説是最正宗的魚頭，好吃。，自助早餐食品豐富的，尤其小菜多且好吃。
賓館的對面就是天目湖山水園，特別方便。即使不去公園，傍晚在旁邊小鎮走走也很舒服。

This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

第二次住安雲了，環境和服務一如既往的優秀。今年來好像是新增加了室外泳池。我們是公司團建，7個人也幫忙免費升級了房間，另外給送了温泉票和早餐打折，特別是酒店的高娟應該是客房經理，非常熱情非常nice，我們是晚上六點到的，天氣炎熱我們到的時候已經為我們提前打好空調了，非常的細緻貼心。總之，朋友聚會、親子游、還是公司商務入住這個酒店首選，同事們被安利的已經有計劃帶家裡的孩子長者來打卡了。
距離上離南山竹海景區很近，開車4-5分鐘到，周邊的農家樂和燒烤都非常好吃。

來南山竹海玩順便就住一晚，攜程上看到的這家名宿還不錯民宿就在景區門口的村莊，很近。環境很棒，房間陽台外可以看到竹林羣山，安安靜靜的呆一天心情也會很好，能感受到離開城市的喧鬧鄉村安逸生活，有早餐，很豐富也很好吃，衞生乾淨，服務也很棒，整體推薦的一家店。

PPengguna Tetamu來溧陽玩兩天選擇了這家合谷村上民宿，這家民宿真是太好了，雖然説是
在一個村子上，但該有的設施設備都一應俱全，看到房間裏面空調、地暖、
智能馬桶等等都是可比星級酒店的設施，夏天不怕熱冬天不怕冷；
看都每個房間都是有個小院子，都跟其他房間都隔開來，也保證了我的私密性和度假感；
更值得一提的是當時設計的時候每一扇窗看出去的景都很棒，都是一幅幅的畫；
管家服務也非常好，會提前聯繫我，跟我溝通好入住事宜，也會給我拉個服務羣，尊貴感嘎嘎好，晚上還會送晚安牛奶，服務可太周到了，感謝管家小溪、管家小竹的貼心照顧。這家民宿的衞生也挺乾淨的，之前也住過很多民宿，這家民宿雖然在山裡，但是衞生的要求一點都不落下，同時也給房間放了一次性馬桶墊、浴缸墊之類的，真的超貼心。
環境很好，很愉快的一次度假，下次來溧陽還是會選擇這家很棒的民宿。

PPengguna Tetamu周五決定周末出去玩不在家待着，然後安吉、莫干山、湖州都攻略了一遍腦子都快燒壞了，周六早上起來還沒想好去哪兒，爸爸說就隨便來個近點的溧陽吧，說走就走，哪裡有房就去哪兒，算是盲選的住處，整體還算不錯，直接導航到高山崗飯店吃個午飯，沒想到就是酒店一家的，菜燒的很好吃，食材很新鮮，在預製菜橫行的當下能吃到這樣現炒還又新鮮的真的越來越難得了，吃完外麪太熱就上去住處休息了一下，四點多出發去了前台小姐姐推薦的深溪芥村，沒有去網紅的溯溪點和咖啡店，找了個水庫，水被曬的熱乎乎的，不用擔心小朋友受涼，小朋友玩的很開心，玩完回住處泳池裡繼續玩水，晚上點了特色砂鍋魚頭，超大一份，很好吃，酒足飯飽到大浴缸裏泡泡澡美美睡一覺，第二天睡到自然醒，吃完早餐出發南山竹海，前台小姐姐有着多年的導遊經驗，很貼心的給出行建議，天氣太熱，怕小朋友吃不消，最終我們安排的是半程，單程小火車到達壽星廣場然後步行下來，沿途玩玩水逗逗鳥吃點東西，總之就是場小朋友玩水之旅，累是真的累，但是不妨礙小朋友開心！

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind, even making me dinner at 9:30pm when I got back late from the hot springs. My dinner was delicious, so good that I’d go back for the dinner alone. The staff even let me choose my room and upgraded me to the nicer suite for free. This was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was very clean (no smoke smell if you’re looking for that). Breakfast was also amazing, and she made the noodles the second I appeared in the common area. The area is quiet and dark and I slept deeply. The hotel is within walking distance to the hot springs and the bamboo forest. I definitely plan on staying here again!

PPengguna TetamuI really love this hotel and recommend it to all foreigners. It is very clean and new. Everything works just fine. Shower is very strong, it is not often in China. Also WiFi is fast. The lake is not far from the hotel, you can take a walk about 15 minutes. There are different shops and cafes near the hotel. The workers are friendly and helpful. I had a problem with finger cut and they helped me to get to the hospital. Thank you very much! I am totally satisfied 😊

CChristopherThe owners were very nice and especially helpful. Even when we did not wake up on time for breakfast they still had something for us. Also they cook delicious food. The hotel is the perfect location to see the hot springs and Bamboo Sea, you can walk there with no problem. The surrounding atmosphere is also nice. I would definitely stay here again.
