Four Oaks Hotel

Just get back from the four oaks Hotel llandudno we were there for the llandudno victoriana extravaganza weekend. The staff were excellent the food and entertainment was excellent as well cannot wait to return to the four oaks. Hopefully see you all in August

Breakfast was awful 1 item each evening meals were poor had braising steak could not eat it was tough as old boots room was fine pillows hard wardrobe behind door entertainment good Paul our coach driver was brilliant thanks would not stay here again

I have never stayed in a 2 star ⭐⭐ hotel before so i can't compare it, it is mainly used for coach parties of elderly folk We had a sea facing twin room. It had the basic kettle etc and a decent size TV. The beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were ok, the porridge is lovely ! Service was good considering only a small team of staff. Evening meals are great with big sized portions Entertainment was excellent for this type of hotel and the bar prices good, £4 for a medium glass of good wine. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great food, great staff, great rooms, we always stay here when visiting Llandudno. Booked again for May and July canr wait.

We stayed here recently for a few nights on a tour and had a nice time. There are a few downsides along with the good features, one being the distance to the pier area. If mobility is not a problem then this won't bother you and there are always taxis. If you are going to the Venue theatre it is right next door. Being a budget hotel we were not expecting the Ritz but for the amazing cost through the tour company it was fine for a few nights. They are obviously painting some of the rooms but the paint was very strong smelling, our room had an unpleasant odour throughout our stay. A recent review was very scathing and this is not deserved but some minor changes would make a big difference, the pillows and more careful cooking of the evening meals. Some vegetables were hard not al dente. Most of the holidaymakers really enjoyed the evening entertainment of bingo, singers and the dancing. They guy with the saxophone was very good. Not sure I would return but if cost is a factor for you you could do a lot worse.

This is a budget 2⭐ hotel on the seafront about 15 minutes or so walk to the pier area. We went on a coach trip from Yorkshire with a great group of golden oldies, and this is the market they seem to cater for. We had a seafront room which was basic but adequate, the twin beds were comfortable but the pillows were dreadful, flat and hard with NO pillow protectors!! 😱 The food was hit and miss, the breakfast was okay with cereal OR juice - you can't have both. Fantastic porridge which was very popular and the fry up included strange watery mushrooms. Evening meals okay but use of frozen vegetables was evident. Drinks were reasonable and the evening bingo and entertainment were surprisingly very good. The small team of staff work hard and if you want a low cost hotel on the seafront you won't be too disappointed.

Stayed here on a coach holiday with Jones international Llandeilo for 5 days,rooms nice towels changed daily good choice of food, big thanks to Moses and the staff who work very hard to make us an ejoyable stay. Will be back Margaret and Meurig Griffiths

Had a lovely short stay in The Four Oaks, Llandudno . Excellent location near the sea and shops. Fabulous helpful staff and lovely food. Clean room and everything that we needed. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

We were on a coach trip and didnt know what to expect. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant. Veronica (I think her name was) was incredibly knowledgeable. The food was excellent and just a 5 minute walk to the town. We hadn't been to Llandudno before and were very impressed with it.
