Simon was a great host our room is one of the best we have ever stayed in . Location good just a short walk to the promenade 25 mins . Read the information book in the room it gives you some great ideas to see and do . It seems shorter if you cross the road and walk near the beach/sea breeze . We liked being able to choose our breakfast the day beforehand . Even from the drinks in room it is the small things that make your stay even better . We eat at the cottage loaf and next day home cooking both places were excellent I do recommend booking in advance to ensure you can get a table . Shopping area is good mixed with the traditional shops and the the new large area

Travelling solo I stayed in a small single at the top of the first flight of stairs. The room and bathroom are very well designed so space was never an issue. Great welcome from Simon and every aspect of my stay was spot on. Managed to park outside the property and there were ample spaces along the sea front. Location wise it was perfect for me no more than 10 minutes or so into town. Breakfast was very good indeed, perfectly cooked with cereal and toast additions. I 100% recommend Pebble House to any discerning traveller who values first class, attentive but unobtrusive service in an immaculately clean bed and breakfast.

Pebble House was such a lovely accommodation. We booked the Double Seaview on the first floor. Cozy in size, so very clean and spa like, and the bed was really comfortable. It was lovely to wake to the sea view and make an early morning coffee provided in the room to relax and enjoy the scenery. Breakfast was generous and very delicious. Beyond the included amenities, Simon and Emma were warm and thoughtful hosts. Emma was supremely helpful in assisting our friends deal with a piece of delayed luggage, and insuring it was couriered to us at a subsequent accommodation during our holiday. She went above and beyond for us, and made a very difficult situation a lot more bearable. We highly recommend Pebble House, Llandudno.

Wonderful experience from start to finish.Landlord Simon was very helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable bed in our cozy clean budget room .Breakfast was just right especially enjoyed the fruit so much of it .Definitely stay again .The only downside Simon is an Evertonian 😳.Thanks for making my Wife and I very welcome.

Very modern accomadation and extremely clean and tidy, Simon was there to great us on arrival which was excellent. It’s clear to see attention to detail certainly was in mind whilst delivering and exceptional customer experience. We never got to meet Emma which I am sure she is equally as friendly and helpful. The breakfast tasted great and served prompt as promised. Keep up the outstanding work it was a pleasure we were in room 10 which as described delivers a great sea view. Thank you

Charming, friendly & spotless. Would highly recommend Pebble House. Everything we needed was in our beautiful Seaview room. Coffee machine, smart TV, WiFi and a spotless ensuite with shower. Breakfast was great Would recommend the fresh fruit, delicious. Great selection for all palettes. Great place to stay all round.

Lovely hotel, lovely hosts, lovely food, spotless clean, I booked for one night for a show a the near by theatre we planned on staying in snowdon for a night but that’s another story, quick call to Emma she sorted a room for us quickly ( but we did have a right chat & laugh on the phone)

Lovely room in a great location facing the beach and a stones throw from the town centre. My single room was ultra modern, really clean with everything I needed and couldn’t fault the delicious breakfast and offer of breakfast in bed/to go. Very friendly & accommodating hosts Simon & Emma thanks for a terrific stay.

Stayed here with my partner for my 40th. Absolutely brilliant. Immaculately clean , could smell that as soon as we arrived. so many little lovely extras. The best thing about the place is the owners ,they make you feel so welcome. My partner was poorly whilst we were away , they asked of we needed any thing to let them know. So lovely and helpful. Beautiful sea view . Would highly recommend.
