Hotel Lloret de Mar dengan Kolam Renang

I hate having to leave such a low rating but this has been the strangest, most disappointing holiday experience I’ve ever had and wouldn’t want anyone to end up having a week away and it feeling like a waste of a holiday like ours did. Depending on the sort of holiday you’re after you will either love it or hate it. Firstly, let me give you the good points. The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful - absolutely no issues relating to customer service at all. Communal areas very clean, tidy and well kept. Room was fairly modern and cleaned daily. Breakfast was lovely with a nice selection. Cooking station for omelettes, pancakes etc. coffee machine, fruit juices, cereals and pastries as well as hot food selection. 15-20 min walk to centre of Lloret de mar 5 min walk to Fenals Beach Shops and restaurants nearby Unfortunately this is the most boring hotel I think I could have found. For the first few days it felt as though we were the only people staying there. There was no one at the pool other than us and the lifeguard. No music, no other guests. It was eerily quiet. Later in the week we saw others checking in but never really saw them around the hotel apart from at breakfast and another couple at the pool on one day. There was just no atmosphere. We like chatting to people whilst away and people watching. That didn’t happen here! The bar was always quiet, no matter the time of day and there was only one night where we witnessed anything going on. We were told due to there being Spanish guests some music was put on so they could dance. It did seem like at the weekend there was an influx of Spanish and French quests heading to the coast for the weekend. If it hadn’t been for seeing the other hotels nearby bustling with people I would have thought that the lack of guests was just due to the season. The weather took a turn for the worst the last part of our stay which made it even more difficult to stay entertained. The bed was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable (I do like a firm mattress but this was another level) and due to the location on the corner of a busy main road there was so much traffic noise it was difficult to get a good nights sleep in the room without some sort of disturbance from outside. It definitely seemed as though this was suitable as more of a base if you were planning on going out sightseeing every day rather than a hotel you could enjoy your time at unless you wanted to sit with a book with peace and quiet by yourself all day every day. There are bus stops just across the road to get to Barcelona and Girona for days out for a reasonable cost. We usually travel all inclusive and thought that B&B would be more cost effective but we ended up spending so much more because we didn’t want to stay in the hotel so I now wish I’d have gone for a different option. Had this just been a stay for a couple of nights it would have been bearable but to stay for a week my partner and I were bored to tears by the

Just returned from an 11 night stay in Xaine Park hotel in Lloret de Mar. First impressions were great, lovely sized room (308) at the rear of the hotel, check in was quick and efficient, paid the room tax and €50 plus a €10 refundable deposit for a room safe, the Aircon was free for the stay so that really was a bonus and we did need it! Nice comfy beds and clean room, bathroom was a little dated especially after seeing some of the refurbished ones, but perfectly serviceable. Nice powerful shower with constant hot water. Balcony faces another hotel, so not really secluded, but quite entertaining to people watch on occasion! The hotel really is right in the centre of the *****, it is a little boisterous and noisy especially in the evenings and early hours of the morning, but most of the sound is muffled by keeping the doors closed. Only a couple of minor gripes, the room was not very bright, and was in need of a ceiling light really, and it could certainly do with a couple of extra plug sockets, in this rechargable generation, but we made do. Only other thing I missed a little was a small fridge to keep a drink cool, but again we made do. Our stay was bed and breakfast, and the breakfast seemed to cater for all nationalities, a few odd inclusions made us Brits giggle, (mixed veg, green beans, churros, chicken nuggets) but could always find something tasty to start our day from the extensive and varying breakfast menu. We caught the end of the European students tour with huge groups of young European teens staying at this hotel and the surrounding ones. On the whole we were lucky and they respected others day and night time, keeping most of the noise on the streets and not in the hotel. Into the second week and we were unlucky enough to encounter a few noisy neighbours and the perpetual furniture movers which was a shame, and led to a few restless nights, most of these were old enough to know better too! one particular intoxicated neighbour tried knocking the door off the room next door at 4am, after mislaying his keycard, but a disgruntled me soon told him with a few choice words to ”be quiet”. The shock of a 54 year old man opening the door in his pants seemed to do the trick, and to his credit he apologised to my wife the next morning over the balcony and we never heard him again. All the staff we encountered we helpful and friendly, always a cheery hola from the maids. A special mention for Kevin, the entertainment provider who does a very good job getting people doing things together during the afternoons and evenings, and he is a thoroughly nice guy, my wife and I had a lovely chat with him in a quiet moment one afternoon after a game of darts! All in all we certainly got value for money from our stay for the price, and if we ever stayed in Lloret again would certainly consider another stay here

Bonjour , j'ai réserver pour une nuit la bas et franchement c'était le top , il ya une piscine un bar un restaurant salle de jeu bar dansant .... et j'en passe . Le point le plus négatif c'est la propreté des chambres c'est un scandale vraiment heureusement que ce n'étais que pour une nuit la réception à étais vraiment top car elle nous a changée de chambre donc tour à étais réglée mais la propreté va falloir faire quelque chose ! La chambre en soit etais grande et spacieuse il y a un balcon non vraiment top . Ensuite c'est un hôtel assez bruyant idéal entre familles ou amis je déconseille pour les couples . Niveau emplacement vous pouvez pas faire mieux il y a tout à côté c'est en plein centre ville . Vous avez tous à côté !.

A fuir en juillet et août ,impossible de dormir usage de boules caisses obligatoires pour atténuer les cris ,les rires ,les hurlements ,les chants , les portes qui claquent sans cesse dans les couloirs de l’hôtel jusqu’au descellement de certaines d’entres elles et tout cela à toute heure du jour et surtout de la nuit ,introduction de personnes étrangères à l’hôtel pour faire du vacarme , obliger de partir de celui-ci sans finir notre séjour et bien sûr pas de remboursement ni de la nuitée ni du parking , un bon conseil allez passer vos vacances ailleurs en été

Pros and cons after our week. Food: generally enjoyed meals and always found something I liked although as mentioned below the menu wasn't really suited to British guests. This is probably the most British thing I'll ever say when I say they didn't have gravy. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff were a credit to the hotel and deserve every penny they earn. Towels changed daily, beds made and rooms cleaned to a high standard. Rooms: Bright, modern and clean but maybe lacking in bedside storage. No draws but small tables either side of beds. Only ITV missing from the 5 mainstream UK TV channels. Tip is they're not listed in the guide but if you scroll enough they should be there. Location: 2 mins from Fenals beach. A handful of British bars nearby which we didn't try except one. Buses to Barcelona (1hr) and Tossa de Mar (about 25 mins) from the top of the street. Bus to Lloret centre from literally outside the hotel. Pools: Large main pool and a kids pool with various small slides and splash accessories. Adults only jaccuzi area on the 7th floor. Originally told the area was open but no bar until one day when a family ignored the rules and peoples desire for quiet by taking their 6 or so kids up there. A complaint was made and rather than eject the kids we were threatened with closure of the area. Next day it was closed which management assured us it was nothing to do with the incident but we predicted it would get closed. Entertainment: Started off with a few nights of the animation team playing songs and taking requests which we enjoyed and one night a girl sang and spoke to guests in English and Spanish, again enjoyable. Then the real downside was when a coach load of Spanish guests arrived. Not the fault of those on the tour but a couple who I believe were part of the coach party sang their whole 1 hour+ show in Spanish without so much as speaking one word of English or any other language for that matter. Fair enough Spanish guest were a large proportion of those staying in the hotel but so were those of other nationalities. Marta ( manager) assured us things would be different after we endured 2 consecutive nights of this but on our last night it was yet another 100% Spanish night. A few issues for management to look at but having said that I would stay here again in the unlikely event we return to Lloret de Mar.

I would not stay at this hotel again. It is not 4* in any aspect. Rooms: I had a triple room that was very spacious and had a large balcony. The bathroom was also large. Cleanliness was good and had daily housekeeping. The room facilities were basic but find for the price point. The negative was it is impossible to get a good night’s sleep. The hotel is built with paper thin walls. You can hear everything both inside and outside the hotel. Road noise was bad. Hotel staff start making noise from 4am. Service: None existent. The staff were almost entirely unhelpful and rude. Food: A little option buffet serving low quality food that was at best lukewarm. Drink options on all inclusive were also limited and poor quality. Facilities: The outdoor areas and pools were poorly maintained. Dirty pool tiles. Broken, uneven terrace flooring.

Please do not listen to the bad reviews. We have just returned from this hotel as a family of 4 travelling with another family of 4. The AI was really good with lots of options on offer each meal tike, along with hot food at the bar and continuous supply of Olives, nuts and crisps. The hotel made us all pack ups as we left early which had variety of foods in. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool slides were open for the kids even though it's out of season. The only things I would say is, if you are travelling with larger children (teenagers) then the beds in the family rooms are small doubles or a sofa bed. Our girls were fine, but we struggled as mid size adults so we would recommend getting an additional room. The beds were quite hard too. The Spa can be used an hour a day when booked for free, so definitely make use of that. We felt the spa is not in a very good position, as when you enter/exit you have to walk through the bar which can be a little awkward if the bar is busy. Just something to think about if you use it layer in the day. Overall we had a great holiday. The hotel and rooms are constantly being cleaned and they are all very helpful.

At first i was little disapointed... but that lasted one day! Every thing about hotel was eather great or very good! Location is at epicenter of a place, and its wery loud but i didnt have problem with that, my kids 6years and 9years didnt even notice... Room are very VERY CLEAN, Food Was great!!! And staff perfect... I was at 4star hotels in platja del plama and alcudia Mallorca and this one is Best. Big Thanks to Maria del Mar staff!!!

Stayed in the Aqua Bertran hotel as a solo traveller and very happy i did! The Hotel: Firstly staff were lovely and always on hand if you needed any help The hotel itself was very clean, had spacious rooms and the showers were absolutely amazing! The food and drink at the hotel are very well priced, pretty much the same cost if you went out, i always find hotel's are usually a bit more expensive but it wasn't, the bar closes at 12:30am which i thought was a really good time I had breakfast included within my stay and was very happy, plenty of options for drinks and the buffet is standard, they do have either pancakes or toasties being made each morning as well, i ate a few times in the hotel for Lunch and it was lovely! The pool area is kept nice and clean, if you're travelling as a family there's not much for kids in this hotel Location: I felt the location was absolutely perfect for what i wanted, if you walk out of the hotel and turn right, 5 minutes walk is the *****! you have plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on route If you walk straight ahead for a few minutes you'll find the 'square' which has a beautiful Church as well as numerous restaurants and bars, and if you walk around 5 minutes further you're at the beach! again you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants as well as the castle (that takes around half an hour as its quite a long beach) There are a few bars as you walk outside the hotel if you didn't want to go too far, i felt pretty safe here and in Lloret in general The only tip i would give is if you're travelling to the hotel by shuttle, it drops you off at the ***** which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel but the shuttle drivers aren't the most helpful (I used easyJet and flew to Barcelona) the shuttle time was around an hour and a half there and it dropped off at Hotel Helios which was also where i was picked up from on the way back, to get to the hotel - cross the road and you'll see a massive 'Magic park' ******, turn right just after that and follow the road down for around 5 minutes and the hotel is on your left

Globalement ce fut un bon séjour. Bon emplacement de l’hôtel la plage et le centre ville ne sont pas loin on peut pratiquement tout faire à pied pour les plus sportive comme moi. Nourriture pas mal mais pas beaucoup de choix. Les services proposés tels que le spa, piscine font du bien pour faire un break d’une journée remplie de visite. Chambre très bien sauf petit bémol le sol très poussiéreux je ne pouvais pas être à l’aise et pieds nus dans ma chambre. Sinon merci pour l’accueil des hôtesses , femme de ménage très gentilles !
