Had a really good stay here, we stayed as a family ( husband wife and toddler) got a double queen bedroom and it was perfect. We stayed in room 410. Hallways smelt quite musky , however room did not. The traffic outside was a little loud, maybe better to get room on opposite side if that would bother you. Room was very clean, no dust or dirt in sight. Bed was not the best, quite hard and you'd automatically fall to middle. Arriving was a little tricky as there's no signage anywhere about this hotel , it almost looked like apartment building, ended up doing U-turn and found the parking underneath building. Everything was great except on the morning we were leaving we noticed little brown bugs flying in bathroom ( about 6) no idea where they came from but it was only in there. Last thing, when they charge you on visa it was actually showing up as holiday inn, I had to call to see what that was about as I was confused. It is the allure hotel charging but using the name from building prior

The staff are wonderful! Check-in process was smooth and easy, the rooms are huge and clean, its easy to get extra towels (Kudos housekeeping!), the breakfast is perfect, and i just love how friendly and helpful their staff are. My friends and I will definitely stay here again when we’re in London!

Lots of history at this property- with a few million in investment this would no doubt be a premier Autograph property. Super cool displays throughout the hotel. Very friendly front desk and lounge staff. Parking is at a premium in a very tight underground parking garage.

Had to stay 5 days while grandson had surgery and had to stay in hospital. We didn't want any extra stress and our stay at this place was perfect and we did not have to worry about anything other than my grandson healing. :) Thank you.

First time staying at this hotel and will admit the experience was great. Front desk clerk was so friendly so full of information and so accommodating. The room was nice and comfy beds and the small amenities in the room was top notch. Keurig coffee, and the bathroom products were argon oil based. The breakfast area was fully stocked and nice and hot. Nice touch was the small crockpot of baked beans. Would stay here again.
