The hotel was really nice, clean and the staff was friendly the only problem was the heat in the room, the ac wasn’t really helping but overall it was really nice. Definitely going there again

Absolute dump. For starters we paid over £250 for a hotel that had dirty carpets, dirty bathroom floor. Shower head kept falling off and there wasn’t enough towels for all of us so 2 of us didn’t have a shower. There’s a smart tv in the room. With zero smart tv channels. Like none. So nothing for my daughter to watch. Tried to access the channels and every menu was disabled. Breakfast was a total disappointment- they advertised pancakes and there was a pancake stand there - empty. Ideal. The staff were polite but not friendly. Literally acted like they would rather be somewhere else, I mean I get it, nobody wants to be working Sunday night but at least pretend. £15 parking is disgusting. Especially for disabled.. The kettle was vile, covered in limescale which then made my cup of tea have floaty bits in. Delicious! Tried to get a coffee in the morning and the coffee machine was out of order for cleaning. Could that not have been done on the evening? It’s breakfast, I wanted a coffee. No such luck. Completely over priced hotel which by holiday inn standards was appalling. Wish I’d slept in my car. Would have been cheaper and cleaner.

Location is great in term of accessing tubes and public transports. Buses right at the door steps getting you into Paddington Station and Oxford Street; the tube stations are only few minutes walking distance from the hotel. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The hotel cafe is exotic and cheap; hotel guests enjoy a bit of discount as well! There is a Tesco supermarket and Starbucks right opposite to the hotel. Overall it’s bad for value!!

PPengguna TetamuService was good although the staff were hard to hear as they were mumbling through redundant face masks. The hotel itself is magnificent. The breakfast is amazing. The wifi is poor. The Sky bar is a bit odd - you have to download a menu that takes ages because of the poor wifi, so I ended up just walking to the bar and asking for a pint of lager. I feel sorry for the staff because they're having to tiptoe around these daft social distancing measures that have clearly been implemented by those in the ivory towers that don't understand the 'people' side of hospitality. But then again I feel a bit sorry for them too as they will no doubt feel pressure to 'do the right thing' and maintain the fear game that global governments are continuing to play.

PPengguna TetamuHellow Folks Im back with a review for this 3 star rated hotel. Stayed here with a friend. Straight up, I will say, its not a hotel. Its a house...clearly looks like it was a HMO or something similar previously that has not been converted to a hotel. Stayed here 2 nights. Firstly, no one answered the door for a good 7-8 mins...yes, there was a chill in the air! Not nice to be left waiting outside. Nor did anyone answer the smart doorbell... or should I say Not so smart! When we did eventually enter, there was no apology to have kept us waiting. Corridor's smelt funny and musty and so did the room. The bathroom was the worst! I did mention this to reception (which is mostly unmanned by the way) and advised that I was going out to grab a bite to eat if the smell could be investigated or request a room change! I was advised that there were no spare rooms and the smell would be looked into Upon return, the person I had spoken to 1 and a half hours ago... was no longer there. And the person that had taken over...clearly didnt have a handover. After explaining again, the room was changed albeit very begrudgingly and alot of shaking of the head! The new room was far better and more spacious, even though it was a smaller size! Night one went well as the mattress is comfy. However the room clean up the next day.... was well below any hotel standard! Went out for breakfast, came back, Bed was done....sheets not changed. Left used coffee mugs in the sink... not washed! Used towels in the bathroom...not replaced! At least the coffee sachets were replenished. The shower is good I will give them that! Good pressure and temperature control. For those of you that would have read any of my previous reviews, you will know I like a shower with good water pressure!! 😁 Check out is simple...leave the key in the room or at the unmanned reception! (Make a slight effort and find them before you leave...hand the keys to them in person!) Anyway, over to the ratings: Room cleanliness: 3/5 It would have scored a 4 if they would have changed the sheets, provided new towels and at least washed the mugs Location 5/5 10 min walk to Wembley Stadium and the Wembley Outlet Shopping Centre Value for Money: 2/5 Service 1/5 Total letdown and poor attitude. Breakfast - Not an option Overall Rating: 2/5 Dont waste your money, spend a bit more and go to a proper hotel!

I stayed at Homefield on the 6th of December 2023 i had difficulty finding so rand the hotel and spoke to zaid who was really patient and helpful as i was not feeling very well at.i finally foun the lodge when came out and found me nearby.The rooms were clean,the shower was excellent,the bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and there was plenty of duvets,i would definitely recomend it and it was excellent value

PPengguna TetamuBeing a hotel owner myself, I was a little dubious about our upcoming stay at the St.George’s Hotel after reading mixed reviews online, but really need not have worried.
Our room was in the new extension area, and was what I expected from a 4 star hotel, if not more so. Extremely comfortable, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, modern & extremely clean facilities, and quiet despite being central and only minutes walk to Wembley Stadium & the Ovo Arena which is where we attended a concert. We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be back! We’re determined to make this our base when we return for other concerts later this year. I was delighted to have taken the ****** to stay here over the Hilton, and save well over £100 for the night. Thanks for a great stay & See you again!

PPengguna TetamuStayed here for one night to go to a show at Wembley. The staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were basic but clean. The heating was on but fans were provided if you were too warm which was good. For a place to sleep it was great. The bar below was useful for a local drink after the show. The next morning we went to Central London on the tube very easy to do. And left bags with the hotel which they were happy to do. For the price too I'm very impressed with the customer service. Its the best we've had in London.

PPengguna TetamuThe owner was really helpful and responded quickly to any messages sent. It's a great location to London center and all surrounding areas. The nearest tube is literally 3 minutes walk on the bakerloo line. The apartment was spacious, good shower, clean. Due to the extreme hot weather,they had 5 fans in the room waiting for us. It's a little dated / worn i.e decor wise, but for the price you can't complain. Would go again

SSEITAROThe entire hostel was kept clean and I had a comfortable stay.There is a train station in front of the hostel, making it easy to get to central London.The hostel also has a fully equipped kitchen, bar, entertainment room, and above all, the smiles of the hostel staff. The quality of the customer base was impressive.
