What a nice hotel! The staff here are all lovely and breakfast is really something to look forward to. I arrived on a sunny afternoon and my room was bright and cheerful. After nightfall, however, I discovered the room to be extremely dark. Although the website shows a lamp on each bedside table, as you would expect, there was only a lamp on one table and not even a socket near the other to plug in a lamp. The desk was in an alcove with a dimly backlit mirror which provided no more light than a nightlight. I could not see the keys on my laptop keyboard, even with the ceiling light on. But when I mentioned this to the reception person in the morning, she had a good desk lamp brought to my room and everything was fine after that. While this is a modern hotel, it seems very few sockets were installed and no USB ports exist so don't expect to charge your phone on the bedside table. But the caring staff makes up for the techincal shortcomings, and I am looking forward to my next stay at Hotel Xanadu.

We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought.

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

Good location. Minutes of walk to Ealing common and walkable to Ealing Broadway. Easy to reach the hotel from airport. The bar downstairs serves good fish and chip. Hotel rate is reasonable and friendly front desk staffs. I stay in this hotel every time when on business trip to Ealing

We had a very bad experience at the Hotel Parc in Paris, and we arrived at the Holiday Inn in London, we were a little scared, but thank God it was an incredible experience, since we arrived, the Welcome was excellent, your Admission staff was incredible , polite, with a smile that filled us with confidence, then when we went to the rooms... incredible, a total cleanliness, but more than all the atmosphere since we arrived and its staff that I give it a 100. What happiness and tranquility we they gave. We plan to travel again with my children and we will definitely book at this hotel again. Dora

Absolutely brilliant hotel,staff especially Monica who went that extra mile for us.The room was spotless and the room facilities are excellent.we stayed in room 1 for disabled access the fridge was a nice touch and the coffee machine and bottled water came in very handy.The transport links to Piccadilly Circus were great from near by North Ealing tube line.But what really made our stay enjoyable was the lovely Monica a clear asset to the hotel,she made us feel like a VIP . Thanks for being a great hotel,we will definitely book and stay again.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.
