I loved everything about my time at this hostel, so many huge common spaces to relax in, the bed was fantastic, the ensuite bathroom was fantastic, the additional facilities were fantastic and of course the people were fantastic!! Everything was chef's kiss đ€
I never ever write reviews, but this hostel is totally worth one! 100% will rebook here if I visit London again :)

Tons of value, plenty of freebies (from breakfast to food and refreshments throughout the day). Staff is friendly and helpful and location extremely convenient. Keep in mind that this is an old school budget hostel, not a fancy, boutique one, expectations should be set accordingly. Personally I truly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

- No Air con in the room but they have heater
- Night time in London is not very hot, so for me it's fine (if they have Air con in the room that would be perfect)

- Good location , the DRL just next to the hotel (from Victoria station to hotel around 45mins)
- There are 2 lines of DRL, only the one to Lewisham will pass through Deptford Bridge DRL station
- 1 supermarket nearby and you can buy SIM card there
- Good Price
- 1 vending machine in the lobby, for drink and food
- around 8mins walk, you could find some nice restaurant, I tried one Vietnamese restaurant, reasonable price

had a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to key attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. My room was modern and comfortable, with a great view that added to the overall experience. The restaurant staff were particularly accommodating, especially when it came to catering to dietary needs. The easy access to public transport was also a plus, making it convenient to explore London, though parking was difficult. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Greenwich

PPengguna TetamuBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a âdiscussionary charge of tipsâ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, donât be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasnât happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasnât even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldnât have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didnât expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we werenât informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isnât it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverall, my stay was quite good. The room was comfortable and the amenities met my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which enhanced the experience. However, I did find it a bit noisy at times due to the sound of cars passing by, which was audible from the room. This minor inconvenience slightly affected the otherwise pleasant stay. Some soundproofing or noise-reducing measures would greatly improve the overall experience.

IIanOur normal IHG Hotel was nearly fully booked therefore the price was prohibitive. We therefore took the opportunity to try for the first time the Sutton Hotel.
All the staff that we met either on the reception or restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The Hotel has full amenities including swimming pool, and although we did not use any, except the restaurant, everything looked excellent. Our queenâs standard room was ok but there were a few marks and stains on the carpet, plastic cups in the bathroom, no box of tissues and few plug sockets. All these things are noticed in comparison to our normal hotel at Epsom Downs. It is however true to say that this Hotel had a very good restaurant on sight which Epsom does not. Therefore there is no doubt we will certainly stay here again in the future.

1) The location is convenient, just two bus stops away from Terminal 5 by the No. 423 bus.
2) The bedroom is elegant and equipped with modern facilities. It is very clean, comfortable, and comes with high-quality bottled water, tea, coffee, and cookies.
3 )The bedding is also very comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, Keep up the good work and continue to provide high-quality service at a reasonable price for your customers.

PPengguna TetamuHotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasnât cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasnât functioning.

CChris134I'll give this hotel top whack, this time. Check-in is always very professional and the TV was working! My only regret is only booking one night as the breakfast is so good. I was in a bit of a hurry and wish I ate more!
I sadly had to complain about some seemingly disrespectul guests in the middle of the night but staff were helpful in sorting it for me.
The hotel is comfortable and very well stocked, for the price, and is right near Paddington plus some excellent restaurants (including the Italians on either side just up the road) so very convenient. I hope to book again some time (I thought my last stay was last year but it was in Feb đ). Thanks!

AAngelI am writing to provide feedback on our recent stay at your hotel. While the location was excellent, we found that the hotel itself was in need of some improvements.
Firstly, I would like to highlight the positive aspect of our stay, which was the great location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near various attractions and amenities, allowing us to easily explore the area. This was definitely a major advantage during our visit.
However, we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms appeared to be in need of a deep cleansing, as there were noticeable stains on the carpets and walls. Additionally, the furniture and fixtures seemed worn out and outdated. A fresh coat of paint and new beds would greatly enhance the overall appearance and comfort of the rooms.
Furthermore, we found the lack of a welcoming lobby person to be quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or assisted by any staff members. This lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.
In conclusion, while the location of the hotel was excellent, we believe that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall guest experience. A thorough cleaning, along with updates to the rooms and furniture, would greatly improve the comfort and aesthetics of the hotel. Additionally, having a friendly and welcoming lobby person would contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay.
P.S. positive side- I truly appreciate the staff at the hotel who made the effort to move us to a more convenient floor. Additionally, it's always a pleasant experience when the breakfast lady is friendly and accommodating.
