I had a great stay at St Giles London. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and common areas well-maintained. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The TV in the room was quite small and not a smart TV, which limited entertainment options. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and I had to request one separately, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, I had a positive experience, but I would suggest improving the in-room amenities to enhance the guest experience. Adding larger smart TVs and ensuring every room has a refrigerator would make a significant difference. Would definitely stay here again, especially for the excellent service and cleanliness!

I recently stayed in the Assembly Leicester Square, that perfectly suited my needs for a short visit. The room was clean and simplistic, offering a cozy atmosphere that felt inviting right from the start. While it lacked some amenities like a kettle, fridge, or TV, I found this to be a non-issue. The space was ideal for anyone who just needs a comfortable place to sleep. In summary, if you're looking for a no-frills, tidy accommodation for a quick stay, this room is a fantastic choice. It embodies a charming simplicity that I truly appreciated during my visit. Staff were friendly and inviting.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security. My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time. Other pointers to note: - Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic) - Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

The location is great. Service good. The room was very small but bathroom decent size. It was a bit cold at night. But for the price paid it was still worth it.

While the location is very good, easy access to most place of interest. The staff is amazing but the room lacked some facilities Nevertheless we enjoyed our stayed.

Location is near two metro stations within 5-10mins walk on the google map but we used Uber all the time so not very sure. A few eateries of cafe and pubs around the hotel. The room is small, no place to open luggages. The smell in the room is very bad that I couldn’t take full breath at first when I go inside the room. I had to keep the window open the whole time to ventilate the air in the room despite the cold weather of winter. The bed sheets were very very dusty like never touch for months when I first walked in to the room. I have to clean. The towels looked dirty. Despite the run down condition of the room, the TV is smart TV that I could enjoy my Netflix disney+ youtube at night.

|Great location, easy access to metro/train stations. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Straightforward enough check in, and express checkout available. However, despite rooms being very clean and well maintained, there was no air con in ours nor a fridge (even tho the hotel listing says they have air con) and to survive the night we had to keep the window open. Could have been 5 starts overall if those two issues where sorted ;)

Great stay! 1st room was very small and close to the front of hotel. I heard cars and sirens early and had not much sleep. So we requested to change room and it was much better. Room was clean with ac, toilets are small. Ambient lighting was a cool touch! Staff lovely and attentive, we was close to food places and not far from train station. Would stay again.

Bilik besar yang indah dengan katil double dan katil single betul-betul bersebelahan dengan burger king , mcdonalds , di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api King's Cross , dan sangat berpusat ke stesen kereta api tiub dan london euston, Bilik mandi, tuala yang banyak, gel mandian peralatan mandian, syampu, tv, pengering rambut, penerimaan tetamu dikendalikan 24 jam, dan hotel ini bersih tetapi tingkapnya tidak terkunci sehingga boleh menjadi agak bising kerana boleh mendengar bunyi di luar, minta bilik tak menghadap jalan besar, check out pukul 11am Mereka mempunyai simpanan bagasi untuk meninggalkan bagasi anda jika tiba awal atau merancang untuk memanfaatkan sepenuhnya hari semasa berlepas secara percuma , Penerimaan tetamu mempunyai notis yang mengatakan mereka boleh mengatur perkhidmatan teksi untuk anda atau menaiki atau turun tiket bas , Daftar lewat adalah sehingga 2 petang dan daftar masuk awal ialah 11 pagi tidak menggunakan sangat mahal £30 untuk daftar keluar awal atau lewat , Katil selesa, bilik hangat, kunci kad kunci, Tiada bar di hotel atau makan malam disediakan tetapi banyak bar dan restoran di kawasan itu Banyak tawaran di restoran tempatan untuk makan tengah hari atau makan malam , saya dapati bilik dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan £49 rasa saya telah bayar , ditambah mendapat mata untuk menempah bilik dan mata untuk menulis ulasan ,
