優點是離地鐵站近，基本出站馬路對麪就是。房間小，考慮到地點，倒是可以接受。但是設施一般，吹風機壞的，浴液的瓶子打不開，我不得不跑了兩趟前台處理這事。離開的時候，前台問我要不要給9.8鎊的小費，第一次被酒店前台要小費，而且是當麪要的，我不好意思，給了。但是心裏很不舒服，因為房費裏應該包括了服務，憑什麼再給小費？從前住店，最多給行李員小費，從沒被前台要過。還重複收取了房費，被我發現了，他們說沒收到平台給的房費。沒收到房費怎麼有我的入住信息？好在聯繫攜程了之後，攜程把我之前預付的房費退給我了。但是大家一定要小心。

進酒店台階太多，對行李不友好。而且大堂有一股咖喱味，房間特別小，乾淨整潔，但是黑乎乎的。衛生間還不錯，感覺有地暖，但是夏天，開什麼地暖。迷你吧很好，飲料很多，每天會補。可樂，橙汁牛奶都有。更建議一路之隔的cheval公寓。性價比更高，至少光線很開闊。

Rooms were clean - booked a twin suite, but in all honesty I wouldn’t class it as that. There were 2 single beds, a small table and 2 chairs but that was all as the room was very small. Definitely not worth the extra cost: would book a premium twin next time. Lots of airline employees stay here so the foyer can get very busy. Great location - shops, restaurants and underground very nearby.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

17 Year being locked out from her hotelroom and not granted access again. I had booked a room back in Oktober to my daughter age 17. And prior to the booking I called reception that confirmed that she could stay there. As long as i Paid in advance and so i did. When she arrived she wasn't allowed access to friday night - but after spending hours on discussing - and me uploading Identification to their site. And also giving consent (again). She got her room. And everything appeared to be ok. She thought. Because suddenly they had changed her acces code to her room. At the same time I was told that they would check with their legal team and call me back. They didn’t. Not the second time either. The response I got was a mail saying they had refunded the payment - minus the night she was there. ( Still haven’t received the money btw) I am still waiting for their call back that I have now asked for - 5 times. Imagine being a minor in London without a place to sleep.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at San Domenico House this summer. We stayed for four nights and loved it start to finish. Our original hotel turned out to be a busy and was terrible so we were in search of a new hotel, and San Domenico House was our savior! From the moment we stepped in the doors the staff was welcoming and helpful and accommodated. Our unique needs. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room occasionally in our rooms. We had a special cake that needed refrigeration that the staff took care of, and Even cut with T Service and delivered to the rooftop terrace one evening, the small boutique like feel of the hotel was our haven away from the bustling city of London. The surrounding areas of old Chelsea were delightful easy walk to shopping and retail streets the street out front of the hotel is quiet making for easy taxi pick up and drop off. if you get a chance to stay at San Domenico House, you won’t be sorry

Our room was clean but very tiny and very dated. Old heater on the wall. Bathroom had minimum and cheap products. View from window was not nice. The lobby and the rest of the hotel was all nice. The staff were not terribly warm and the hotel vibe was a cold atmosphere. Nobody seemed to be enjoying their job and seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Breakfast was just alright - not great and we felt not Covid safe. Everybody holding the same serving spoons and holding the bread loaf to slice bread. I did expect freshly made coffee and not a coffee machine. There was only instant decaf for those of us that don’t drink caffeine. We only learned after leaving that there is a pool and spa. Would have been nice if the front desk mentioned this. The hotel is in a very nice location across from the V&A and is quiet. We thought the hotel was overpriced but many of the hotels in London are. So overall nice hotel but not for us.

We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about The Franklin! We just returned yesterday and had the most amazing vacation and a big part of that was due to The Franklin. Staff are very friendly, the neighborhood is quiet (especially if you have a garden view), and the South Kensington tube stop is less than a 10 minute walk. We started off in a Superior Room which was larger than we anticipated and the only thing I felt was missing was a full length mirror. Bed was very comfortable and we greatly appreciated the complimentary bottles of water. We then got moved to an Executive Suite because the A/C went out in our room and that was also delightful. The steam room was a nice, relaxing experience. Everything inside was beautiful and clean. The real treat at The Franklin was the breakfast! This was included in our particular package and it was out of this world delicious! The coconut/pineapple porridge, avocado toast, and pastries were my absolute favorite. Hopefully we can be back in London in a few years and there is no doubt we will be back at The Franklin!

The location was not very close to those attractions (travel around half hour) but overall it’s ok, there is a Sainsbury local (supermarket) and some restaurants next to the hotel. The facilities there are perfect with a mini Kitchenette and washing machine inside the room, would stay again and it is recommended.

I will absolutely stay here again. The management was phenomenal. Room was clean and well maintained. Perfect location: in South Kensington/Chelsea area, directly adjacent to the South Kensington Underground station. Fantastic neighborhood/community. All restaurant/food options you could possibly need. All personal shopping options you could possibly need. The hotel stepped us for us after our initial hotel let us down in a big way and we were pretty desperate. We stayed 7 nights and would not have changed a thing about our decision. I cannot speak highly enough of the Brompton Hote, its management, and staff.

We had been travelling for many hours from Cornwall and were met by such a warm and friendly greeting by Raymond and his colleague. I was travelling with my Husband and 18 year old son and were very kindly upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do. Raymond made a recommendation for dinner which was very helpful and saved us looking around for somewhere to eat as it was getting late. My husband was having an operation the next day so we were very anxious but everything was perfect with the apartment and I have to say Raymond was so helpful and friendly every time we entered or left the building.
