Great location. Friendly front desk staff. Hotel has a bar and small restaurant with good options and seating areas. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Location is great. Place is aesthetically amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only bad thing about the room is the ventilation. So the whole room will smell for a long while after you cook. Even if you open your windows. Sometimes I can smell my neighbour’s cooking. So pls standby fabric spray for your clothes. The food options at the restaurant is limited. But the pizza is good! Would also be great if guests can enjoy discounts when we dine at the restaurants. Also love that the laundry is free to use as well.

Excellent service, location, decor, and quality fo rooms. When I first checked in, I noticed the hot water was not running. Within less than an hour I the hot water issue was corrected; the staff were pleasant, professional, friendly, and indeed went above and beyond regarding service.

What a great find! This hotel is fabulous. From the minute you step the decor is wonderful and the staff are do friendly. Our room was amazing. A fully kitted out kitchen including two hob cooker, microwave, dishwasher and even a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very quiet. We slept so well. Just a stroll to Earl's Court tube station and all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely book here again.

Hotel is great with good vibe and the room is big. The bar is open to the guests and the coffee shop is also nice!

My partner and travel often and so far, this was the best stay we've ever had. The place's interior was insane, groovy and put together. Place smelled SOO good, staff were so nice, food tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

Love this little gem of a place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, communal area is well used and nice to see so many younger people socialising in a safe place. Coffee is excellent too. Rooms are fab and have everything that you might need and the bed is extra comfortable. Would add as a very minor nitpick is for better lighting in the kitchen area but that is so minor. I’m telling everyone about this place. Another big plus is being able to leave your luggage if you arrive before check in time. Also felt very safe walking around the area alone. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel exceeded expectations on arrival, better than the photos in the lobby and ground floor areas. Check-in process whilst smooth was a little awkward when I was told that the booking agent hadn’t transferred payment, I’d paid in full when I booked, Ember Locke would “look into this”. The facilities in the room were great, the use of the space for a city studio was good. The lighting was moody, another light option over the dining space would be an welcome option. No phone access from the rooms and laundry facilities meant repeat visits to the front desk as there was some discrepancies in information about laundry detergent and kitchen plug. Wet weather made the front tiled area slippery, a mat would be a great addition to the space. Whilst 24 hour front desk service was advised, at time of my check out the desk was unattended and I was unsure how to proceed, assuming all was OK leaving the room pass by the front desk. A refurbish of the lift interior would finish the space nicely. Overall, really comfortable stay and the opening of the bar soon will be great for this property.

I am so glad that you loved the décor and the layout of our city studios! Thank you for the extra information on your payment situation during check in. Anytime bookings are made through a third party company, we can run into payment delays and issues, as you can imagine, because the process is not streamlined like booking through us and is processed by those companies. Thank you for your patience and I believe this was sorted out promptly. I want to mention that as an aparthotel, we do not have phones in the rooms, but we have our WhatsApp number/general mobile number at the bottom of the TV screen for guests to contact us for any housekeeping or other requests they have via WhatsApp and it is a very convenient way to contact us just at the tip of your fingers. Thank you very much for your tips on safety including the mat to avoid slipperiness, the lamps about the dining area and your feedback on our lifts! I will run this by my manager as this is the kind of attention to detail that is so invaluable to us, and I cannot thank you enough. P.S. Thank you for the gorgeous pictures! Unreal stay!!!!!! Wow what value that offering was. These guys have freshly opened this hotel and to say it is stunning is an absolute understatement, they have not spared a dime with the architecture, finishes and interior decorations. Sublime. Please do my home. Now, let’s talk about the service. As someone who has spent 30 hours in transit, staying on their own, the warmth of the Locke people made me sad to leave. Enormous compliments and praise to Ola and Auzelina who made me feel like I was on a trip with my close gfs, these ladies were extremely helpful, accomodating and kind. They didn’t bat an eyelid at the rubbish that fell out of my mouth at 3am. In all my travels, these two have been the warmest, sweetest people I could have possibly met. I called them my guardian angels. Last but not least, the apartment itself was fully kitted out with a washer/dryer, fridge, cooktop, AC, easy to use TV and wifi, great water pressure, comfy beds, immaculately clean. Unreal. I work in high end real estate where 5 star service and expectation management is mandatory, the Ember locke outdoes any of its competition by a landslide, 10 fold. I hope I have an excuse to get back soon because I miss my 5 day old Locke family and home already ❤️

我覺得這個酒店非常的好： 第一點是其實離地鐵站比較近吧，走路應該是五~10分鐘就到了。 第二個就是他門口有一個巴士站，所以就是出門如果是坐巴士的話就會非常的方便。然後這個酒店和裏面都是一些年輕的商務或者是旅遊的那個同事大堂，有一個就是很適合辦公的地方，就整體非常悠閑自在的這個感覺，服務員態度非常的好，都是年輕的小哥哥小姐姐。特別是Michael給我的印象非常的深刻，他們非常的用心的在服務整體。我非常的推薦，唯一的一個小缺點就是房間，我覺得他香水的味道有一點點重，聽説可以提前告知，不需要這樣子，就會給自己更好的一個體驗

設備齊全 雖然房略嫌少一點 但有廚房洗衣機 還有免費洗衣粉 餐廳及大堂設計非常漂亮和照片一模一樣 門口74號巴士可以去購物地鐵大約走路6分鐘可以接受 下次來倫敦還會入住，謝謝
