Good location and very silence. It was very nice.

Premium Inn 在房價超貴的倫敦算性價比非常高的經濟型酒店了，房間寬敞，很乾凈，有燒水壺 Blackfairs 這家位置超好，就在城裡泰晤士河邊，離聖保羅教堂步行10分鐘；Gatwick機場線直達，步行地鐵很近，去各個地方都很方便； 出門就可以沿着泰晤士河citywalk

酒店所處倫敦東區周邊環境較差，整體設施陳舊，房間小且衞生較差，床單上有較多毛髮，就價格而言，性價比不高，不建議選擇。

酒店地理位置非常好，出門5分鐘就可以到地鐵和黑衣修士火車站，餐食，房間也都很令人滿意，唯一不足就時酒店的網絡，WiFi非常慢，而且要不停地連線，後來花了5鎊升級了24小時WIFI，居然還是不停的掉線，一不注意就發現自己手機又在花4G 流量，要不停地連，非常奔潰。這一點有待改進。

5* stay at Blackfriars premier inn. Normally you know exactly what you're getting with a Premier inn, rooms are pretty standardised across the board. What makes this hotel is their staff. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, all we experienced was friendly, polite staff. It's a shame I didn't catch the name of the lady on the desk Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday morning as her customer service was amazing. Huge thank you to all the team, we were there for my daughters birthday weekend and she was made to feel very special with her deluxe hot chocolate at breakfast 😊

We are both 60 years old and recently stayed at your hotel in London for 4 nights and as we always do and get the meal deal...was totally disappointed when we found there was hardly any choices for the dinner menu due to 'supply issues' one excuse was there was a explosion in the factory that supply's all the premier inns!!.....as the days passed more and more was taken off the menu this totally unacceptable! Especially when we paid the extra for the meal deal! cannot believe such a huge chain as Premier inn don't have a back up plan!! We were offered a 25% off voucher for our next stay only valid till February!!! Really! Who goes away again in January.....rubbish

10/10 for customer service. Huge appreciation goes out to every single staff member we had the pleasure of meeting and talking to. Greeted with smiles every single time, and nothing was too much trouble. Very rarely do you see this so consistently at other hotels, and this alone will see us returning again and again. 10/10 for location. Tucked away from any main roads, yet perfectly located for easy access to the train station / tube. We mostly walked everywhere - covent garden, theatre district, Westminster, St Pauls Cathedral, Sky Garden, and so on. 10/10 for comfort. Despite being icy cold outside, our room was toasty, and we didn't even need the heating on overnight. There was no road noise whatsoever. We stayed in a premier plus room, which is worth the little extra in our opinion. We also paid the extra £10 for an early check-in at 11am and a late check-out at 2pm. The bed was reliably comfortable as it usually is in a Premier Inn. 10/10 for the great breakfast selection. It was buffet style and piping hot, and we filled ourselves up for the day. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel, and we will definitely return.

Our original room was freezing, the heating was broken. It was 1 degree outside and snowing. So very cold. I asked at reception for help, something was done in the background, was told to wait 10 minutes. I waited an hour, still no heating. Went back, this time another guy came into the room and said straight away, do you want to change rooms, we did! The new room was warm and cosy! Like night and day. Had a great nights sleep! Thank you.

Very bad experience. The staffs are unprofessional, and charged me two time for the drink! That means I have paid for double! They said that I didn't pay at first, but after checked the bank statement, I was charged already. I don't know why they didn't check through and insist me to pay one more time!

Whereas we had spent the previous night somewhere far more posh - albeit within a stone's throw of here - this was a very good stay, and even though it cost less than half of the other, it was not 'half' the hotel, as the service was good, and the room really quite sufficient, so... all in all... it was good!

This is a brilliant hotel. Centrally located, quiet and the restaurant is really good. We spent a whole week here to kick off our winter holiday from Australia. Transport connections are brilliant and it’s a short stroll to The Thames. Our favorite London hotel.

3rd stay in this Premier Inn. There is a reason we keep coming back. The location is unbeatable. Close the tube station but most attractions are within walking distance. Rooms clean and staff always friendly. Over the years we have stayed in a family room and as our children have got older, two double rooms. We have stayed in different parts of the hotel and never been disappointed.
