The room was too small as compare to others. Once the luggage open , is hard to move around and the toilet was small as well. Located near train station.

A really great choice to stay. Can leave luggage if arrive earlier than check-in time. Room is really comfortable. Good accessibility very nearby train and bus station. Just that breakfast same menu for those 3 days I stayed there.

Very bad smell in the 4 F where I stay my room no 4090 I explain you you can ask your people to check too

Don't choose this hotel if you want peaceful sleep - Room Noise Concealment was very poor - bed bed mattress springs were very noisy on every move. Breakfast buffet options were good Hotel room had weird old furniture smell.

Excellent Breakfast in the morning can even have Omlette made for you. Room was comfortable as was Bed. Bathroom had Bath and Shower. I would stay again. Gym needs more equipment is my only gripe.

Very good location with transport links, amenities and good food/drink choices all within very close proximity. Staff extremely friendly and helpful but the hotel itself really is in need of updating in a lot of areas - rooms, entrance areas, corridors, bar etc. Breakfast also very good with a fantastic choice.

The smoothest check in/out , great support service team at the concierge thanks to Mr. Ahmed they stored my luggage securely. I can stay here again.

The location is perfect, close to Westfield and Nottinghill! The staff are really friendly and welcoming, but the room inside was not very clean, found hair in the bathroom, also the shower gel bottle was empty. Overall its worth the money for the location and service, but that’s not really up to “the Hilton” standard.

The hotel location is excellent. We also enjoy wandering around the Kensington area. This Hilton is not that new, but it has sufficient facilities.

One of the most bad experience Hilton I’ve stayed. Staff were rude, air conditioners were not working well. Stayed 2 nights with fan not air conditioner. Next, ask for shower gel as my room were run out of shower get despite the housekeeping clean the room a day before, so this shows that the housekeeping don’t check the room properly wether what need to refill and so on. So after an hour of me and my girlfriend done shower the shower gel cane. And like whats the point because we done shower and we were going out. Thats slow how it their service. Loc is good, cleanliness it not bad as the housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheet. Because we drop some chocolate stain on the bedsheet but then it’s clearly that the stain were there as they didn’t clean it . Forgot to take picture but yeah overall bad experience!
