I don’t recommend you stay here. This is the worst Novotel we have ever stayed in. Only 3 night stay family with 3 kids. 1) staff inexperienced. Unwilling to help. 2) things don’t work lights, phone. 3) I requested a taxi to the airport. They sent me a car instead and charged me 90GBP vs the london blackcap which only cost 50GBP. One would think if a car was ordered they would tell you the price but they didn’t. In my mind I thought I was getting a cab which would be metered…… someone is making some money on this. Even Addison cars would not have cost this much 4) breakfast is decent thing along with the lobby. Get ready for the shock when you go to the rooms.

Nice service and nice room. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff, great amenities, and a convenient location. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

All staff there were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonably priced.

Not the best of experiences Firstly the car park is £40 per night ! Then reception is up a floor and the ground floor weren’t very helpful unless you were in a pilot uniform The rooms really basic for the price And the carpets stained Best part was the location next to the Hammersmith Tube station

The hotel is in a great location with nice staff, but the room view was poor. While the room looks clean, it had dust in detail. Despite the good service, the bad view n dust made the overall experience just average.

Hotel's location is good and easy to be found. Room with twin beds was very comfortable

The hotel promised me to refund back my advance immediately .But they did not returned even after 17 days .I have called them and send emails many times but no reply from NOVOTEL LONDON WEST

Hammersmith station and bus stop is convenient for you to go everywhere The minibar offers drinks and snacks There are many Novetels in London, you will get which you really wanted to avoid the different locations. I just want a nearby Novotel close to Marriott in Canary Wharf area and when searching only in put novetel and at results get a west part one which is far from the canary wharf

Breakfast buffet was really good, but some hotel staffs were unfriednly, room was really cold. Air condtioning system didn't work, so I requested to change my room but the other room was also cold. If you stay here, please take some hot stuffs. I asked them to bring heater but they didn't.

the tube station which the hotel is located is convenient as you don't have to change to another line for most important sightseeing stations. Although you need to walk a bit to the closest tube station, the distance is not long. However the hotel cleaning staff didn't refill our shampoo from last client that the bottle remained empty until we had reminded the hotel twice about refilling. The hotel gave offer to have drinks (once) at their restaurant and it's a happy experience.

Very nice and convenient. Although small, it is well structural and functional.

This is the old hotel but renovated. However, everything in the room is quite good especially the flush toilet. The staffs are friendly. But when our room called them to get the daily amenities when we came back to the room, they accepted our requests but did not provide anything. May be because it was in late evening already.

Location is good although not the closest to city Center

The hotel was as expected, staff helpful. However the usb hubs in the room didn’t function and there was no indication that they didn’t so having arrived late evening with a busy three days work ahead, I then woke up to a Flat phone and iPad. Reception then told me, on my enquiry that only the refurbished rooms had functioning sockets but plugs were available in the shop area. At £17 each I was unimpressed as I had no time to get down to the shops and get some charge going before my working day. Small things can cause unnecessary anxiety to solo female travellers and no phone is at the top of the list. So hence my poor rating. Food also was expensive and very average, go elsewhere.
