Ulasan Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

I love going to the lounge bar here. I highly recommend. It's a lovely place to stop for snacks and a drink when nearby. Dishes are good but too salty for my taste room are 5 star quality that's ok.

入住第二天晚上，人在房間，突然有工作人員刷卡要開門但是我扣上了鎖釦所以沒有成功進來。在此之前並沒有任何的敲門，這是四季。然後説因為當天保潔搞衞生時發現窗簾壞了。但這不是在晚上不敲門就直接刷卡想進來的藉口。衞生方面，在使用一次浴缸後患上了濕疹，並且在當晚發現浴缸邊緣全是滑滑粘粘的不明液體。唯一好的就是樓下門僮會把點的外賣拿上來，不要小費。不會再來。

Our stay at Four Seasons Park Lane was perfect! Nestled close to Hyde Park and near the theatre district & all the shopping, the hotel offered the perfect blend of sophistication and entertainment. But it wasn't just the location that stole our hearts; it was the impeccable service that made our stay unforgettable.Thank you Edward , already planning our return to our Monopoly inspired hotel! 

Beautiful hotel, very clean, modern and lovely staff. We had early evening dinner at BAR ANTOINE within the hotel and the food was amazing. The service was perfect and the waiting staff delivered an exceptional service throughout. Lovely choice of cocktails recommended by the waitress and she ensured our stay was made perfect. The waitress over-heard it was my friend’s birthday and surprisingly she brought out a small candle lit cake with the words “Happy Birthday” on it and this was so beautiful and a great gesture. This is what I call attention to detail.

Tried to manipulate the checkout amount by charging us twice the room rates. We caught it by luck, as my friend asked why we paying twice, and he said he paid already.

We visited the hotel during the May Bank holiday weekend which was a staycation for us before we headed off to Four Seasons Hampshire. Our junior conservatory room was quite small but fortunately we had a massive balcony to enjoy some private outdoor space. Spa and Gym were also tiny and a bit crowded. Therefore we spent most of the time at Hyder Park (playground + boating on the Serpentine lake) and then walked around Mayfair and Marylebone. We dined at Pavyllon and tried two different 6-course tasting menus: we really enjoyed the mains (lamb cutlet and roasted duck magret) but felt the chef had tried too hard on other dishes. Also the restaurant completely missed our 5th course and served us the last course instead - I had to remind them that we only had 5 not 6 courses which was a bit shocking in a michelin-starred restaurant... On the flip side, the front desk (Reka), concierge (Lea) and doorman (Juan & Victor) were very helpful and welcoming. Mr Andrea and his team were extremely accommodating to my requests - they organised a movie night with complimentary popcorns and sweets for my little one and my wife while I was doing some work in one of the private function rooms (free of charge). All in all, Park Lane is a great hotel in an envious location close to beautiful parks and grounds though with limited in-door facilities.

Amaze! Had a lovely time here for a first couples trip! Thanks to the staff and facilities on offer. It was also great my partners dietary requirements were met! Chocolates on arrival also lovely! Will be staying again and certainly would recommend the road view its very lively

We only visited Bar Antoine for late night drinks. The service by Juri and Bendetta was exemplary. Beautiful settings, luxurious furniture, super clean and delicious Tim Smith Wines Barossa Mataro. We shall return.

Wonderful stay, staff extremely helpful and friendly without being too helpful;-) Great food during breakfast, elegant setting, beautiful flowers at reception. Concierges was /were very dedicated, sometime with a nice joke. Marco at the restaurant very very dedicated. After our visit to Abba Voyage the staff surprised us by 4 lovely cupcakes at our room. Only negative point i can think of is that all items at the minibar are not included. Must be easy to have some softdrinks and small snacks included in roomprice?

Visited today, £14 for a kids drink and £25 for an adult cocktail, sat in the terrace and noticed mice running around. Not what you expect for a five star hotel. Felt dirty and itchy, just quickly wanted to leave. Upon paying noticed one of the mice on the chair I was just sitting on. Waiter said “oh well, we are close to hyde park” extremely dissapointed and wont be back. Could have been sitting on micre droppings and we had children that found it repulsive. Oh and the massive square ice cube is cute but not impressive, it just waters the cocktail down super quick. Felt like I was drinking water.

We have stayed at some of the nicest hotels around the world, and this one is our top choice. Incredible food, beautiful property, and amazing staff. Expensive but worth it! We loved the following staff… Check-in: Ariana Drivers: Benny and Yuri Pavyylon: the two gentlemen from Sicily and the wonderful lady from Greece as well as Jurijs in the morning
