Very warm welcoming and convenient in every aspect. It’s a good choice to stay in London. The beds incredible comfortable.

Waited 6 hours to get in room

Wonderful experience, Rooms are clean and spacious. Good attention to details. It was a nice touch to find a card and chocolate in our room. The kids loved it. Beds are comfortable we all slept well. Breakfast was so yummy. I would recommend it to friends and family. We would stay again. Thanks everyone 🤠

Great hotel, nice staff and super comfortable bed. Little bit of feedback to management. Your hotel is stunning, lounge area is big and impressive why oh why is your reception tucked away out of sight in a pokey corner. Seems like a missed opportunity to have your very friendly staff closer all your customers

We really enjoyed our stay at The Stratford, the staff were fantastic and very accommodating at Breakfast when we raised food allegies. The room was lovely and had everthing that we needed with a really comfortable bed. The only reason its not 5 stars all round is due to the poor lighting (it was very hard to get ready to go out) and the noise from the trains which went on until late and started early. I am a really light sleeper, I am sure that it wouldn't bother some people. Top tip - Request a room away from the rail line side.

Lovely comfortable room very clean and super comfy bed. All the staff were very pleasant and excellent service. Parking is 5 minute walk and is cheaper if you book and pre pay.

I stayed with my two friends. Jotel in fantastic location. Absolutely lovely. In the bathroom they had rituals products. Also had robes. Staff were lovely. Great location for abba voyage. Highly recommended

Our first time staying at The Stratford and it was a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space and the bathroom was big but the water was only just hot enough for a shower. Breakfast was average but not as good as i had hoped or have experienced in Hilton hotels. The bacon was poor quality and no hash browns, pancakes, waffles or muffins. The staff were friendly and the dj was good in the bar, creating a vibrant, lively atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This was in an excellent location for us, right next to the Westfield shopping centre and just a 20 minute walk from the ABBA stadium. The room and beds were smaller than I was expecting from the photos online (for a family room) but everything was clean and comfy. It was disappointing that there wasn't a complimentary bottle of water in the family room, but I would definitely stay here again as it was a nice family-friendly hotel.
