Ulasan Sheriff Hotel

We were so disappointed from the very first day we went in this hotel. First, the ceiling fan is not working, they change it with a fan that doesn’t have a cover in the front. When I complained for our safety regarding the fan they gave me a smaller fan but it doesn’t give any air to cool our room. The front desk lady was so rude, she said that if you are looking for a cheap hotel that’s what you will have! That is not right! We didn’t get the room for 2 days for free, we paid for it! We asked to change our room but she said no available and she needs to talk to the manager. What kind of service is this! On our second day, we ask to clean our room, but never cleaned it! They said 2days they will not clean the room, this is ridiculous! Our bed is old and the spring of the bed hurt our back. The shower room the water draining very slow!. We are so stressed with this place. Our stay is this hotel was terrible and I will never recommend this to anyone! Yes, we are looking for a cheaper price for accommodation but not discomfort.

Mold in the room, super hot and cramped so many beds put together, dust all over the room and broken fan. When speaking to reception they said there is nothing they could do.

Nice convenient location! Close to Victoria. I was with my mum and we liked it! Staff is very nice

The overall hotel is nice but with many faults as we food out though the night There had been an electrical fire at some point previous to us staying as the bed side lamps did not work , the power switch on the wall was black when Burt out , the electrical heater for the bathroom did not work as this was on the same ring main . The TV was hanging on by 1 bolt . And battery’s in Remote control had gone (which the hotel reception changed) I would stay again but not in the same room (41) Very close to Victoria Bus Station which is why I selected this hotel

Nice hotel

Everything was okay but my room I got was a bit dirty tea cups kettle not been wash or clean so long I think,, dust was all over the kettle cups and bed was not that comfortable and hair was left on the bed,, Location is nice and quiet

Location was great - very close to public transport stops. Rooms are pleasant, but price is slightly on the higher side for the overall quality of the hotel.

Room was very small. Not worth the price. I booked city ensuite with balcony but some family room was booked on 3rd for of the hotel. No lift service. As my mom is old age were not able to take that option and just for the sake of adjustment I had to take very basic room that too room was as big as bed and small wardrobe. Really not happy with the rooms at hotel.
