Seamless check-in. This isn't my first time staying here, and I'm loving it as always! It's clean, as usual, with the best location and the best price. However, I was disappointed to find out that the price dropped just one day before my stay.

It sets as free & easy style, self check in & check out. Upon check in, need the service stuff to help register the key too. It is really the simplest that no supply of bottle of water, no kettle, no table and chair in room. i booked the cocoon room as it was the only available upon booking. It is tatami style. No door hang signage to give instruction to housekeeping. Despite such lack of basic facilities, we adapt swifty.

Very clean room. Like the design. No window But u won't feel captivated. Nice location. Not a lot of amenities though.

If you earlier to check in need pay extra , normally hotel check in time is 2pm but this hotel is 3pm , and the check out time is too early is 10pm , and need pay extra for luggage storage.

My husband, son and I had a fabulous time. The rooms were fantastic, and staff really welcoming and helpful. What would have made our stay 100% perfect would have been tea/coffee facilities in the room.

worst hotel ever. cold reception manner. Hair dryer costs 10p. Suspicious water in the toilet due to poor cleaning. And drum beats keep your eyes open till 2:30 at midnight. If you come for the design, you will end up realizing it is just a normal simplicity apartment design you could easily find in small towns.

Great location at Piccadilly Circus, very central. Room is clean but there are not many amenities available for free, like hair dryer

Location is really ideal if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Piccadilly Circus and Chinatown. However, be prepared to have absolutely nothing provided except towels and pillows. We don’t really mind it but the price of room doesn’t really justify other than paying for location. You basically have to pay to rent everything, including room extension or leaving luggage for storage or a hairdryer.

Great location for food, leisure and entertainment, easily accessed by public transport. Most of the attractions are at walking distance. The room is clean and just nice for single traveller like me.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly and helpful. The location is great. However, the room is extremely small and nothing was provided (no toothbrush/toothpaste) and we were quoted £10 for one use of the hairdryer - something I have never heard of from other hotels. Would rather look at other hotels in the area, even if a little more expensive.

Clean modern and quiet … no TV so take a book if you need ent.
