Malangnya, ia tidak mempunyai perkhidmatan yang dipaparkan pada pelbagai tapak Tempahan sama sekali. Bilik standard tanpa peti ais, almari pakaian, soket berhampiran katil. Bilik mandi yang sangat kecil dan perkhidmatan dobi dan penukaran cadar / tuala tidak pernah dilakukan dalam seminggu. Kakitangan yang tidak mesra dan perkhidmatan sarapan pagi yang sangat tidak kemas. Baik hanya untuk lokasi yang agak mudah untuk pengangkutan. Malangnya tidak disyorkan

Nilai yang hebat untuk wang, kakitangan yang mesra, ringkas tetapi bersih, lokasi berpusat, mencuri untuk London.

Bilik itu berbau busuk dan terdapat lalat di lantai pintu keluar api seperti loteng. Saya keluar dari bilik malam itu dan mencari hotel lain.

Cukup untuk tidur selepas seharian menjelajah bandar. Sarapan pagi yang bagus untuk mendapatkan tenaga sepanjang hari. Lokasi yang sempurna berhampiran Taman Hyde dan dengan sambungan bas dan kereta api bawah tanah yang baik ke pusat.

Biliknya agak kecil, tiada cerek dan peralatan mandian, meja kopi kecil dan kerusi, iaitu jenis asrama belia. Lokasi yang baik, sarapan percuma (sarapan ringkas). Tiada lif, dan tingkat atas perlu membawa bagasi mereka sendiri untuk menaiki tangga. Bilik air kecil. Prestasi kos rendah.

There’s no lift in this hotel. If you are carrying large or heavy luggage, think twice. There’s no cups or kettle or any cutlery provided in the room; just 2 pieces of soap, a hair dryer, a portable heater and shampoo/body wash. The location is good; it is close to Kensington Palace and Portobello Road Market. The neighborhood is very quiet, clean, and relaxing. If breakfast is provided, you will need to go down to the breakfast room, write down your order, hand it to the staff, and wait to be served. The hotel is under construction, and I’ve encountered the situation shown in the attached photo.

The hotel is fine, just a basic hotel. The bathroom has just been renovated but as a taller person the showers a bit small. The included breakfast was a bit bare but still fine.

Very happy with my stay…room was clean staff were pleasant..I would definitely stay again.

I don’t know where to start the list… The room wasn’t the same as we saw in the pictures. It was small, the bed was tight and uncomfortable, the walls were too thin and we could hear every little step inside the “hotel”. The staff was rude, we said hello to them and they didn’t even react. The location isn’t the best, it is 30 minutes away from the city centre with bus. The worst part was the breakfast… we got a list to choose 4 items, included juice, coffee, fruits and toast. I attached a picture about the “delicious” toast, it was one slice of cheese in it and nothing else. No butter, no meat, nothing… and you can see the prices of the normal breakfast options, it is a robbery, especially we paid for this and it is not enough. At least there was a Costa Coffee within 3 minutes walk, so there was an opportunity to drink a normal coffee in the morning. So I don’t recommend this hotel at all, it was a nightmare, I am happy we only stayed for 2 nights.

Hotel is in a good location near Hyde Park, about 10 minutes walk from tube station. Room was neat and clean, bathroom with walk in shower was sparkling clean. Lots of food places nearby. Continental breakfast included so really good value. A good selection of items for cooked breakfasts available at additional charge.

This hotel has advantages compared to others in its price range: a quiet street-facing room, spacious accommodations, and a heater. However, there's an unfortunate sewage odor that persists even with the window open all night. The mattress is very soft to the point of sinking, and there's no elevator like in other hotels, plus thin walls.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It is quite close to Bayswater station and there are a bunch of restaurants around. The breakfast offered was simple. But the 4 flights of stairs to my room would be a disaster if I am bringing a luggage. But no problem for backpacker like me.

They have different buildings for stays so you'll have to walk to other buildings if you got the rooms different from where their main reception are. They have four levels and no elevator at all which is very unfriendly to people who have luggage. The room is kinda small but it is clean and there's no cups, kettle, neither toothbrush and toothpaste. You can also here people outside walking up the stairs and entering rooms. They only agree to change your towel for free on the 4th day of stay so I think that's kind of unhygienic of them. There is also no safety deposit box in the room and u have to rent one from them if u need it.

Good location. Clean room and bathroom, nice views from the room. The breakfast was also good. The only annoying thing about the hotel is that it has no lift. I was placed on the fourth floor so it was a struggle carrying up and down my really heavy luggage
