Very nice hotel within walking distance of Euston and Oxford street. Nice clean room and spacious well appointed bathroom. Very pleasant staff and a good buffet style breakfast

Room was great! Very cozy and British kind of room, and very comfortable to stay in. Location was great - just a short walk away from bus stops and train. There’s also a supermarket nearby which was really needful for most days

Good location,. in between Regent Park and Oxford street, 10mins to either location or to Marylebone. But still solid 10mins to everywhere. room generally clean but it is not spacious for even two luggage. window cannot be open but luckily the air con work

It is our second time stay in this hotel and the quality and service is extraordinary. We would definitely choose this hotel again on next stay. Very spacious room. We have rooms facing the road but as the locations are on the quiet side of the street, we didn’t feel any noise at all even with the window opened. Loved out stay

런던이 처음이라 호텔 정하기까지 오래걸렸습니다. 리뷰들이 대체적으로 좋아 기대했었는데… 결과적으로는 좀 실망스럽습니다. 욕조와 세면대 배수가 되지 않아 쌓여있던 머리카락을 직접 제거하였습니다. 어느날은 물을 채운 세면대에 청소하던 수세미도 놓고 가셨구요. 침대 쿠션이 카페트바닥에 놓여있던적도 있었습니다. 체크아웃뒤 짐을 맡겨놓았는데 돌아와 짐찾는데 한참이 걸렸습니다.(작은 프런트데스크근처를 10번을 왔다갔다 한듯) 짐이 분실된것 아닌지 잠깐 불안했었어요. 직원들의 소통과 교육이 절실해 보입니다. 직원 대부분이 신입 같았어요. (느리고 답답…런던이 대체로 이런분위기인지는 모르겠지만요..) 객실내에는 병맥주오프너도 와인오프너도 냉장고도 없습니다. 프런트에 전자레인지를 쓸수없냐고 물었는데 직원용밖에 없다고 했구요. 참고하세요.
