The location is excellent, very close to the beach with great views. The rooftop pool is beautiful, and it's also near many dining options. There's even a convenience store, BHC fried chicken, and burgers available within the hotel. The staff are very polite.

i thought they had outdoor pool but when i check in they told us pool is not available at the moment. so i thought atleast i can get indoor pool but every water amenities are not working. cleaning was okay but what was that glass dirtyness

Was excited because of great reviews but totally disappointed! We paid extra for package with admission to pool, gym and sauna. Got there and went to go to the midnight swim that was advertised that was supposed to be from 10-midnight and they were locking up the pool said it closes at 10 and the swim period without kids was 9-10. As for the sauna it was closed as well. We tried to go and couldn’t and when we recheck the website there was a notice about it being closed that wasn’t there when we booked it or we wouldn’t have bought that package. We saw ads for the dinner buffet online and couldn’t wait to eat there, well, that was closed as well for some inspection the entire time we were visiting. The restaurant open was the one for breakfast. Typical breakfast buffet in Korean hotels. Except the hot/cold water dispenser was out of service and they didn’t even put out hot or cold water in pitcher or anything to accommodate it being out of service. Couldn’t make hot tea or have water to drink. Options were make carrot juice in juicer or small cans of Pepsi but they ran out of Pepsi zero after the first day and I cannot drink the regular due to sugar content. So all the reasons we picked that hotel and amenities we paid extra for were not actually available. As if that wasn’t disappointing enough the room was hot as hell. We called down and they said the thermostat was internally controlled but they would let them know we wanted it cooler. After a few hours and room still hot we called again. They came up and said it’s working fine and that was the coolest setting (23.5c) and offered to bring us a fan. So we said ok at least maybe we can cool off enough to sleep. Well, they brought up a tiny desk fan that did absolutely nothing! I’ve never been so disappointed at my stay as I was here. We didn’t get to use the amenities we paid extra for and we couldn’t sleep because it was so hot. This place was a rip off! The stay was expensive and not worth the money. Would not recommend staying here at all. This is supposed to be best hotel in the area but it’s overhyped and definitely not worth the money. Just one disappointment after another.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and fantastic views. We were allocated a corner room with a great outlook. We arrived early, and the male receptionist informed us we could check in at 1 PM. However, upon returning after lunch, a different female staff member, who offered no smile, insisted check-in wasn't until 3 PM. We noticed other guests checking in, some even without a credit card, which felt inconsistent. After I had to complain, we were finally allowed to check in, but then they demanded a credit card for a security deposit. The attitude of the Korean front desk staff was very frustrating and made us feel extremely uncomfortable, almost discriminatory. Otherwise, everything else was fine, and we had a very enjoyable day.

Staff greeted warmly, was able to check in slightly earlier even if it was 30mins early. Room was relatively clean and bed is comfortable, the view was astounding. It was worth the price I paid for! (Glad to come across the discounted prices)
There's BHC chicken, minimart and CU convenience store too, also other restaurants. Should you prefer another convenience store, there is a e-mart next to the hotel and a lot of the raw fish restaurants down the road. Though quite of a distance from the downtown city, taxi fares are relatively affordable. Great experience!
Nevertheless will definitely come back to stay again if opportunity arises.

The hotel is located right by the sea, offering beautiful sunrise views directly from the balcony. It’s about a 20-minute drive to the city center. While the room itself is compact, the balcony is generously sized and perfect for enjoying the view. There are plenty of dining options nearby, mostly seafood restaurants. For added convenience, there’s a café, BHC fried chicken, and a convenience store located in the lobby.

The atmosphere is good and there are many activities. However, a hotel at this price should have complete amenities such as a comb, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel was superb, right on the beach and had spectacular views. The rooms were excellent with great facilities. The iPad in the room giving you up to date information was very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel. The evening buffet on the top floor was expensive so we didn’t eat there. 108,000 won per person. There were cheaper alternatives in the lobby. Unfortunately, you had to pay extra to use the infinity pool and gym so we didn’t do this. 35,000 won to use a pool seemed unfair and should be built into the price of the room. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

The front desk service was utterly incompetent. Koreans were allowed to check in at 1:30 PM, while foreigners were made to wait until 3:00 PM. Even though I eventually managed to check in at 1:30 PM after insisting, the whole experience was dreadful. They also shorted us two breakfast vouchers; when I tried to clarify with the front desk that breakfast was clearly included, they adamantly claimed it wasn't. It truly felt like the entire front desk team was a bit clueless. Furthermore, the evening buffet had limited options and was overpriced. The area near the restrooms was damp, moldy, and emitted a distinct unpleasant odor. Overall, this hotel definitely doesn't live up to its star rating.

For a hotel charging over 2,000 RMB a night, the overall service and facilities simply do not live up to its supposed star rating. The whole experience was truly disappointing. Check-in was only permitted at 3 PM, and we queued for ages. While one of us was checking us in, the rest of our group waited with our luggage in the lobby. We weren't sitting, and hotel staff repeatedly came over to tell us to find a seat, which felt incredibly uncomfortable and like we were being shooed away. We weren't obstructing anyone; can't guests even stand if they prefer? Finally, after the check-in ordeal, as soon as we stepped out of the elevator, a foul odor assaulted us. I honestly thought my sense of smell was broken – a supposedly star-rated hotel's hallway reeked of urine! Unbelievable! The room was tiny, and the bathroom was pretty basic. The hairdryer was an old model that emitted a burning smell when used, so I was too scared to continue. There wasn't even a laundry bag; I suppose that's 'environmental friendliness' taken to the extreme. And to top it all off, the outdoor tub on the balcony was absolutely filthy. I'll just leave it at that. Let that sink in...
