Very ok hotel good stuff middle of the city nice experience haha

Great value and service. For those traveling in summer, just ensure you check if your room has an AC or not as this hotel offers table top fans. Can’t fault the hotel given their rates and location, it is run by extremely friendly and responsive staff.

Great location, so clean, wonderful staff! got this through ******* and almost cancelled because of what I read below. But, decided to call and Bahrgav was super nice and reassured me that this is a very nice hotel. I walked in and was so surprised as how nice it is, the location and the kind staff. Definetly coming back again. Close to everything. Thank you Bahrgav for your excellent service.

Perfect Hotel, Very close to the center, fantastic attention from the staff and the hotel very clean. We only stayed one night but it was a good experience. We will definitely repeat on our next trip to London. we hope the next travel to LOndo will be for more days

I recently stayed at here and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I handed over my essential diabetes medication and ice packs to the hotel staff, requesting that the medication be refrigerated and the ice packs be stored in a freezer. This was critical, as my medication spoils if not kept cold. On the morning of my departure, the night manager was trying to find the ice packs and wasn’t able to, so I decided to help her. Neither she nor I could find the ice packs in the supposed freezer. As a result, my medication spoiled as I wasn’t able to find any place at the airport where they sold ice packs. To make matters worse, I found out later from the manager that the hotel staff had placed my ice packs below a bunch of croissants in the refrigerator, clearly showing a lack of proper handling and care. When I reached out to the hotel management, their response was not only dismissive but also tried to place the blame on me. They claimed that the ice packs were stored correctly and implied that it was my fault for not being able to identify them. This is completely unacceptable and shows a severe lack of responsibility and customer service. As a solution, they hilariously offered to send my ice packs back to the US, which was of no help at all. If the hotel does not provide in-room refrigerators, they should at least handle medications properly or have a refrigerator with a freezer specifically for this purpose. Their failure to do so resulted in significant inconvenience and expense for me. Due to their negligence, I had to see a doctor in Italy to get a new prescription, causing me to miss part of my trip and spend a lot of money that I shouldn’t have had to spend. This issue has caused me undue stress and ruined the start of my travels. I would not recommend this hotel as they don’t take any responsibility for their errors and instead try to blame the guest. My experience has been nothing short of terrible, and their handling of the situation has been appalling.

This hotel doesn’t have Air-Con. Don’t expect to be comfortable in the summer months. Also, even if you do get comfortable through the heat and humidity don’t expect to sleep as the hotel is built directly over the tube and it’s incredibly noisy every three minutes or so.

Great location ,lovely and clean My wife did the marathon and we had a brown bag for breakfast (yoghurt , juice and as cheap croissant ) pretty dismal!! Spent two nights at £440 plus for a £1 breakfast , very disappointing

I stayed one night at AstonCourt Hotel. It was an extremely pleasant stay. The room was really clean with a coffee machine which is always good. The highlight of my stay at the hotel would have to be the exceptional customer service by Abdul and the rest of the team. Upon arrival, we received an upgrade to another room and it made our stay in London extra special. Overall, I really recommend the hotel, close proximity to central London and there are shops, cafes just a short walking distance. I would definitely come back! :)
