Absolutely filthy. First room hadn’t been cleaned, changed to a different room which apparently had been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the beds had been changed. Work surfaces were dirty with drink stains, there was muck and dust everywhere. 10 year old cobwebs in the windows. I complained 4 days ago and still haven’t had any response, so also appalling customer service. Would not recommend, looks nothing like the photos online.

Hotel in ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla fermata della metro di Gloucester road, con supermercati, atm, pub e ristoranti nei paraggi...la mia stanza era piccola e i servizi molto basici, consigliato soprattutto a chi vuol visitare Londra la maggior parte della giornata e rientrare in albergo solo per la notte. Nella mia stanza non c'erano phon e bollitore per l'acqua. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile

De kamer was klein en vies. Onze badkamer zat vol met schimmel en er is de hele week niet schoongemaakt (ook geen prullenbak geleegd). De kamerdeur kon van binnenuit niet op slot en ondanks dat het personeel heel vriendelijk was is hier niks mee gebeurd na een melding. Gelukkig zat er een supermarkt tegenover het hotel waar we ontbijt konden kopen. Ook metro en bushalte zijn dichtbij. Maar verder geen aanrader dus.

El hotel está bien como ubicación por tener metro cerca y supermercado al lado por lo demás, fatal de limpieza, poco cómodo y al lado de una calle de mucho tránsito=ruido.
El ascensor sólo llega hasta la 4 planta y nos dieron una habitación mini en la 5 planta, había que subir las maletas por las escaleras.
Horrible.

what a perfect, affordable hotel to stay in the centre of London - all staff were excellent and so helpful - got an early check in and were able to leave bags securely on last day - rooms were basic - but clean and felt safe We are booking again for next year

Excellent accommodation for a couple of nights. All was as it should be. I was concerned when I had read some negative reviews beforehand, but I have no complaints whatsoever. All facilities in bedroom and washroom were more than adequate.

You definitely get great value for every penny spent here! The location is excellent, with great deals and an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The tube and bus stations are just a few steps away, and there are three supermarkets nearby, including a late-night Tesco just around the corner. Highly recommend!
