The location is near the metro station but doesn't have a lift or escalator. Only stairs, difficult if you have heavy luggage. Bed sheets and towel were with stains.

Good location near underground and air con is so good in summer time. Nice service.

Love love love this 2 storey hotel for 3 Individuals. Plenty of privacy, very close to the tube and most importantly in a safe yet quiet neighbourhood. Will stay here again!

I have booked and paid for Trip.com, but when I arrived hotel , the front desk Double Charge me, what’s wrong! ? I told them, but they didn’t care about it, changed me again

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options. Would stay again and recommend to others. Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.

AC not working in both rooms. Could not sleep entire two nights. Had to open windows to let in air.

Great location, very clean. The staff where really nice and helpful.

I was told only at the entrance that the AC system was broken down. It was the hottest time in London and the tempt airconditioning does not work really well.

這家酒店雙床房的床特別大，三個箱子都可以並排打開，簡直超出了我的預期，來之前看評價説倫敦酒店很小和日本差不多，比日本大多了好嗎，前台小夥很nice，問了好幾遍是否過敏，剛開始沒聽懂，他很耐心，原來是送給我們曲奇，這個曲奇太好吃了！早餐也可以，離自然博物館、V&A走路就幾分鐘，附近還有個中餐廳，上海10號，拯救了我的中國胃，推薦！

感覺房間新裝修沒多久，有點味道，其他都還行，就是晚上空調有點冷 酒店位置很好，鬧中取靜，去哪裡都很方便，溜達一下就到了

非常差的體驗！為了之後去旅遊的國人不踩坑，我多寫幾句吧：1、沒空調！而且窗户不能開。能想象外面大廳比房間至少涼快5度以上嗎？大夏天住在沒空調的房間，簡直了！ 2、前台態度極差：一個捲髮女的，和一個男客人聊附近在哪兒有餐館，怎麼在手機搜，如何走，要不要預訂，口味怎麼樣。而且是那種聊天，不是簡單的回覆。這些也就算了，關鍵當時已經晚上八點，前台就一個服務員，而且後面排了幾個人等checkin，那女的完全無視。3、我們兩大人帶倆娃，定的是兩大床，結果説沒房，所謂升級，給了個房間是沙發床，拉開是那種彈簧的，而且沒有任何毯子之類的，扔了個被單。我們向前台索取，但一夜後也沒見到。4、隔音極差。國外空心磚導致隔音差可以理解，但真的太可怕了，隔壁關門，可以直接把你從夢裡吵醒，從沒見過這樣的。5、衞生差，房間裏桌上還有留下的抹布，實在無力吐槽了，因為你根本在酒店得不到任何迴應！ 以上作為給大家的分享，希望能給後來的國人預訂時有些幫助，不希望再有人踩坑！

適合帶孩子出行下榻的酒店，周圍步行距離到自然史博物館、A&V博物館等博物館聚集地，酒店對面就是地鐵和超市，非常方便的優質地理位置。去任何景點都不算太遠，非常推薦第一次到英國來旅遊的家庭。
