Simple and nice.Walkable to Hallgrimskirkja(10-15min)

Excellent hotel stay overall from a UK and HK travellers. Clean room, nice shower and bathroom, housekeeping was very tidy. Very good location close to the city centre and BSI bus terminal was 25 mins walk away. Only downside was we felt very uncomfortable around the breakfast staff, seemed very strict, not friendly and had to abide by their rules (arrived at 06:55am as we had an early flight but not allowed to touch the breakfast table as it started at 07:00am) Not much variety from breakfast either. Overall though very good hotel stay.

Bed very big and comfy, breakfast is great and staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a Thai restaurant just a stone’s throw away, prices are reasonable and food very tasty. Excellent location as within walking distance to nearest town. Most tour buses meeting point is just outside this hotel, makes it very convenient.

Can’t believe that the hotel’s management is so terrible. I asked for a quiet and higher floor room but the reception lady was so impatient and not friendly at all. She gave us a low level room with unfriendly tone. We said our requests weeks ago but the hotel forgot to arrange. Poor service, and the room is near bus stop which is terrible because it’s so noisy. My wife is pregnant and the hotel confirmed our request but the reception refused our request. Won’t recommend anyone to book it! Terrible service!

酒店位置極佳，距離12號公交車一條馬路之隔，非常方便跟團出遊。 從機場來酒店建議在訂flybus的接送機服務。

冰島最後一晚住的酒店，在市中心 去哪裡都很方便，雖然酒店沒有自己的停車位，但是車可以停在酒店旁邊的P4停車場裏。早餐很好吃！

位置太棒了 雷市的交通不是很便利 而且貴 這家對面就是公交12號線 而且還是機場巴士 旅遊團接駁點 非常的方便 早餐雖然簡單但是營養均衡 還會很貼心的為早班飛機房客準備牛角包和咖啡 工作人員熱情友善

酒店比想象中好，房間還算乾淨整潔，最大優勢出門就是Bus 12車站，對於跟團一日遊的來説非常方便，而且酒店離教堂也是步行可達，周邊景點走路都能到，還算不錯。

交通便捷，巴士站12號站點就在酒店對面，機場大巴或旅遊大巴接送方便。24小時前台，晚班機抵達，凌晨也可以辦理入住。早餐也不錯，備註了要高樓層、安靜的房間，也幫忙預留啦，真是太棒啦！唯一不足就是浴室不是乾濕分離，洗澡水會流到衞生間外面的地板，洗完澡衞生間都是濕的，洗手盆比較小，刷牙容易弄到盆外或水龍頭。對了，要自備拖鞋哦~

非常方便的地理位置，酒店對面就是12號站台，也就是各種旅行巴士的接駁點。不過這個接駁點應該是接駁的最後一站，可能大巴上衹剩別人挑剩下的的位置了。到市區可以穿過一條馬路和小區到公交車站。

衞生：衞生處理非常差，一進房間一股濃濃的尿騷味，感覺是在地毯上的味道，開窗無法散去 設施：非常老舊的酒店 服務：服務態度惡劣 不推薦大家入住

不是最中心，但是旅遊團的一個集中點位置。 床很小，早餐位置經常接近滿足。
