The hotel location was perfect for our stay, with everything with we wanted to see within walking distance, including Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. There is also a tube station within a few minutes walk too. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind, and made the stay perfect. The room was clean and had great amenities. The breakfast was really nice with good times and a great selection - I would highly recommend staying there, and will be staying again in the future! I also want to make a special acknowledgement to Raluca and the team for the upkeep of the hotel :)

We always stay at this hotel, because it is friendly and central. The staff are great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Only one lift was working, which was a bit irritating, but not a major problem. The continental breakfast was comprehensive.

If you’ve ever wanted to experience life as a sardine, this is your chance. The room was so compact that I had to step outside just to change my mind. Unpacking my suitcase felt like a game of Tetris — one wrong move, and I’d have been sleeping with my toiletries. That said, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Ideal for anyone who packs light, breathes shallow, and thinks of 'personal space' as a mere suggestion.

This is the best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in. Not just the location but the staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough for you, especially Naleera & Jackie. Naleera really is the best! She works tirelessly to make your stay the best it can be Thank you all for a lovely stay

Brilliant experience service second to none We had a wee problem with hearing but sorted in seconds and they were both brilliant Nazeera and sagar fantastic Well recommended perfect place to stay right on Leicester Square Just round the corner from Leicester Square and Covent Garden

Had booked this hotel some months in advance for a night away in London with my daughter and after reading some negative reviews was a little apprehensive. However, we had a fabulous stay here. Arrived at the hotel earlier than planned so paid for the early check in; room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and spacious. We were fortunate to have a room overlooking Leicester Square which was surprisingly quiet. Staff v friendly and breakfast good. Location perfect for theatres (which is why we had booked this). Was a perfect stay.

We like to book Premier Inn as we know we’ll get a decent room. What was really good about this one was how quiet the room was considering we were in the middle of London. The only disappointing aspect was the breakfast, the hot food was overcooked with bacon so tough it was difficult to eat. There are plenty of other food options close to the hotel so I wouldn’t bother to book breakfast at the hotel again. That’s the only reason I have dropped a star. The staff were all pleasant and helpful

Clean and comfortable hotel very conveniently located for central sights, theatre and restaurants. Excellent team of staff - very friendly, helpful and worked well together as a team motivated by the example of Jackie their very effective manager. Breakfast was exceptionally good and good value. The cooked breakfast was very tastefullly prepared by their chef, Patricia who succeeded to maintain its freshly prepared presentation right up to the end of the breakfast time slot.
