2 nights £440 we did expect it to be so much better. On arrival we couldn't get from the car park into the hotel as a traffice cone was in place of the lift meaning we had to walk all the way round and up a single vehicle ramp with 2 suite cases. Then at the desk we tell the receptionist of the problem , her reply was oh really... not sure if she understood english to be honest. Anyway we just want our room as we done a 3 hour drive and was meeting my daughter soon, the receptionist tells me i needed to pay.i told her it was all payed on the 13 may, she looked on the computer and told us again no payment had been made.
At this time im getting annoyed thinking ive be in some kind of scam. Some 10 minutes go by and im still being told i must pay and now my wife is saying i have made some mistake nowing full well i havent .so i go on line internet banking and bring up the payment have been made on the 13th. Receptionist then goes off for 5 minutes returning with a manager who went through another 5 minutes of faff and at last we can have our room and yes it had been payed. Go to our room which was nice and clean but the main table lamp light not working, not the end of the world so told the wife to get in the shower before me as we need to get a move on, "guess what " she said, there is no hot water ! . You cant be serious, but she was. I tell the maid innthe room few doors down and she called in to check and said i was right and that she would repot it. . Decided to give it half hour in hope it would change as we were pushed for time, so on our way out we went to the receptionist but this time the manager was on the desk, told her of the situation and she said with no hesitation we will have to move you . But everthing was unpacked and we were leaving to meet my daughter so would deal with it later on. This did put a damper on things one we met up at the restaurant and to be honest was thinking of moving to a different hotel....
Anyway the next morning our room had hot water as it should have. The breakfast was good although it should have more that one staff doing everything and more than one coffee machine and cueing took way too long meaning food was getting cold and wouldnt think about getting a refill. We would personally never stay againg or recommend anyone do so neither which is a shame as im a big fan of premier inns..

Cozy cheap and great accessibility to the surrounding places. Would go if you’re on a short budget and wants to be in close to the city centre.

Archway Premier Inn(飯店位在 倫敦北部),緊鄰地鐵站 (Archway)110米,房間不大,對於寸土寸金的London 這樣的房費可說等值。公共區域及房內都有免費Wifi 連結,附近吃東西也不是問題,位於酒店的周邊區域有 Dishoom King's Cross(印度餐廳)、Spiritland King's Cross(雞尾酒 酒吧)和Pizza Union (素食餐點 ) ...可以選擇。
Hôtel bien placé proche du métro, la chambre au calme et agréable.
Large choix pour le petit déjeuner. Une équipe sympathique qui reserve un bon accueil

Good housekeeping and front desk - thanks to the team and reasonable buffet breakfast if thats your thing ...happy to stay again. I appreciated the team being flexible with a few personal requirements and their good humour. The internet speed is very poor and the elevators seem to be problematic.

Very pleased with the location bus stop was just beside the hotel, other bus stops were all beside the hotel. Tube station just 50 yards away for routes into central London. The staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout my whole stay. The hotel it's self very clean and tidy (which is very important to me) The room was a single for myself but still very spacious and again very clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The room had all the usual tea coffee amenities etc. I didn't eat in the hotel as I was meeting friends out, and unfortunately had to miss breakfast due to a late night as i was late for my flight (I missed it anyway lol ) but walked past the breakfast bar and it s.elled and looked first class. I am travelling back to London in April and will certainly be staying in the Premier inn Archway.

We stayed here in December 2024 whilst attending darts at the Ally Pally. I'll start by saying the location is great for this - around £8 each way in an uber. Stayed in a fair few premier inns previously and unfortunately this was one of the worst. Having parking onsite was a perk - but car park was a bit shady! Upon entering the room we firstly noticed how small the room was compared to your average premier inn (but I guess this is London!) secondly, we noticed that there was only 1 set of towels - this now seems to be the norm in premier inn? which is pretty ridiculous when you book for TWO and are made to provide the details for the 2nd guest upon arrival. The worst part of the stay was breakfast - what an absolute shambles!! very busy - but whole entire area closed off (not sure why) and tables were not been cleared in the area which was open. First visit to the buffet - no beans or black pudding full stop (despite being on the menu, they were out of these items). Also no sausages, bacon or hash browns so had to stand and wait. Hash browns and bacon available within a few minutes but no sign of the sausages so was told they would bring them to the table when they were ready. Husband and I had actually finished our plate of food and still no sign of sausages. When we asked, we were told another 8 minutes (which is what we were told initially). Sausages then appeared around 20mins after initially asking for them so went back up with sausages already on our plates to get more - but once again, they were out of hash browns! so more waiting for these. Sat down to enjoy second plate and saw chef coming back with carrier bags full of baked beans! Had a look at buffet availability on the way out - and suprise suprise it was empty again!!! (although baked beans had now appeared despite being told there were none when we had eaten) all in all, probably the worst buffet breakfast we have ever had.

Very convenient for a short stay in London.Comfortable rooms and really nice staff. Breakfast was also very good. Good transport connection with the tube station just two minutes walk, and not far to walk or to reach Hampstead Heath by bus. Will stay here again when coming to town.

I was not happy at all. I booked to stay between 12.01.25 & 13.01.25 and chose a Premier Inn + room with breakfast. I booked in and was allocated room 702. Fine. I go to go to breakfast and find that I cannot have it because, according to my booking, I hadn't paid for it. I explained that I had but the staff member wasn't having any of it. I complained to reception but again no joy. So, even though you have an offer of "Free Breakfasts" when you stay you can't have one even though you originally pay for it. Absolutely crazy!

Easy to locate Limited on site parking available - disabled spaces also available and charged at approx £33 per night. (Pricey) Close to an underground tube station. Close to M&S and Sainsbury. Uber eats delivery accepted here. Clean building and welcoming staff Reception/check in, is on level 1 (I believe), it’s not on entry, you have to use the lift/stairs to go up to reception. Rooms are comfortable/basic and clean. On arrival some chocolates were left out for us, which was well appreciated/ received by my children and I. Breakfast finishes at 10 (can’t remember the start time). Breakfast was nice and plenty. Would be nice to have more vegetarian options for a sausage (there was no vegetarian option) and not much different choices for a vegetarian /vegan. We were still satisfied, but the option for vegetarian sausages would have been nice. Overall, I’d recommend and stay here again.
