Modern hotel and facilities. Perfect for those who prefer minimal human interaction. You can check in, communicate, and check out all 'through screens'. A good hotel.

The hotel has a convenient location and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, the room size is small, and the washbasin area is very cramped, although this was within my expectations. My main issues are with the price and service: The recent rate is very expensive.（over £160 per night, which is far above what you’d expect for a Express hotel with tiny room） The service is inflexible, with very strict check-in and check-out times. Even though I checked in late in the evening, I was still urged to check out on time. At 11:15 I was phoned once and knocked on twice to be hurried. And They refused to store my luggage after check-out. Overall, convenient location but overpriced with poor, inflexible service.

Very welcoming staff and a beautiful lobby, perfect for relaxing and having a drink! We were able to drop off our luggage and continue our day before check-in! Super breakfast, a really great experience.

Hygiene: Good separation of wet and dry areas. Environment: The location is fantastic, right by Victoria Station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and you can easily walk to nearby attractions. Service: The service was excellent. I wasn't feeling well, probably due to the change in climate, and caught a cold! The staff kindly made me some Lemon Grass Tea with lemon and honey to help. The iPad controls the lights, TV, and house-keeping. If you need housekeeping for a stay longer than one day, you have to request it via the iPad.

Location is convenient to victoria station. staff are friendly + helpful all the time. And the view from my high floor room was nice. However, I was disappointed with the cleaning level when I first checked in to my room. It was unfortunately not cleaned well.

The hotel is very new and modern, and it's close to Victoria Station, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to Victoria transport hub, which provides superb access to trains, buses, and the Underground. Supermarkets and theaters are also conveniently located nearby. The breakfast offers good value for money. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-equipped with all the essentials. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping services can be scheduled upon request to suit individual preferences.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is super convenient, really close to both the train and bus stations. There are also small restaurants nearby, and if you walk a bit further, you'll find a shopping mall with plenty more dining options. The room itself was new and very clean. Since I was traveling solo, I'm usually quite safety-conscious, and I did notice quite a few homeless people in the area at night. That aside, I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great place, fantastic location, though there seem to be a lot of homeless people around the top of the road. Working space is open so if you need silence then you have to work in your room. It's great decor, you know what to expect and they deliver. Would stay again for access to central london and surrounding areas. Near Buckingham Palace and other tourist sites if you are travelling for leisure.

This hotel is amazing. Great location for seeing wicked. Room had a really comforting bed and lots of hi tech adjustable settings for lights, temp etc. All staff were really friendly and stored our bags for free on our final day

Staff were exceptional and super helpful. Loved that they held our bags on both ends of our stay so that we could explore London. Bed next to the window can be chilly in winter and you're not used to it, but they have a heavy duvet that makes up for it.
