Customer service was good, people at the front desk were really nice. Easy check in, however I had booked a small double room and I was given a super single very small room. I was told that was the room I booked but I did immense research to see which room was best and looked good so I know what I booked. It specifically said the room had a window but this small room didn’t and I was told some of these rooms have windows and some don’t, so please call ahead or something. I specifically requested it when booking too. There was nothing they could do but I kept insisting that I needed a window and this is what I had booked. After a bit they said we’ll give you a different room a bigger one, a large double to be specific, but said it is near the train station. No problem, I thought! Room was very nice and big, I absolutely loved it! But, it looked like the room I had booked in the first place, why make it seem like you’re doing me a favour by giving me a big room? Also oh god I had the worst sleep of my life! The room was so nice but the trains at night were so unbelievably loud! Everything was great but the trains! That’s the only downside really. Would love to stay again because it didn’t feel like a cramped hotel room more like an apartment which was very nice, but the train noise isn’t worth it unless you can get a room with a window away from the trains then yes go for it!!
