Staff were amazing upon arrival and during our entire stay. Concierge go above and beyond. Location couldn’t be better. Rooms were comfortable though lighting could be better. Turndown service was a nice touch. Lifetime titanium and no upgrade on either of the rooms booked. Luggage room for drinks is a must! Great atmosphere and staff. Ate at restaurant for breakfast one morning, everything was wonderful. The only thing that was not on par was the M Lounge.. comfortable room on basement floor, staff there as well were very friendly but the morning selections were cold. Eggs, sausage, bacon all cold. The food is put in the warmers warm but the warmers are not plugged in to keep food warm? That was the only downfall. I might stay at another property in same area next time.

I actually really liked the stay here. Simple, classy, hub hotel room. Amazing central London location. Steps away from tube station, we visited tourist sites in the area. Great for our city weekend break. The beds are superbly comfortable. I travelled solo ALOT for work, so I know what I like or not about hotel rooms. On this occasion I was traveling with my 3 kids, and the absence of TV meant they slept undistracted. The absence of carpeted floors, decorative pillows and bed runners, (that I suspect are rarely washed in other hotels) was perfect, as it means I didn't have to make sure my kids weren't touching any unclean fabric items. We were out for majority of our stay. So the lack of view/windows, wasn't any concern. No breakfast option, but we grabbed fruit for breakfast from Tesco express nearby. There is a 24hour cafe & bar next door, that is good option too. If you know what you're booking and what to expect, you won't be claustrophobic, instead you'll be pleasantly surprised. Reception team member is my reason for leaving a review though - he comp'd our left luggage :) I hope if Zedwell family see this they compliment his action, because he's gained you return custom and extra revenue, as I'll now book again due to how thoughtful and personable his service was towards my family, thank you. First booking via trip.com . Very straightforward. The hotel was only a few minutes away from Euston. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Beds are very comfy and the room was spacious enough for the 3 of us. Late check out was a bonus and we could even leave our luggage at reception which was very handy. Would recommend and will definitely go back. This is a very big hotel and I was worried about noise level but we had a peaceful time.

Booked the Mayfair floor 1 bedroom suite. Room was very well maintained a few times a day by the housekeeping staff- in the morning, as well as evenings for turndown service, where they fix the smallest things to ensure a smooth stay. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and the additional a la carte item for diamond members was excellent, and the cherry on top.

訂的1.5的雙床房，和小孩一起3個人住，房間乾淨整潔，也算寬敞。酒店離地鐵稍微遠一些，走路8分鐘，酒店附近是富人土耳其人區的感覺，治安挺好，在市中心，離海德公園也8分鐘路程，去景點遊玩地鐵也很方便。附近吃飯，主要是一些酒店裡的高級餐廳，還有路邊一些餐廳，還不錯。酒店房價偏貴，但符合四星級的標準。

Fantastic hotel overlooking Hyde Park Corner. Great service and everything you want/need in a London hotel. We used the 25 m pool and there was only one other person using it at the same time as us. We felt the whole stay was one of our better ones in London.

Berbanding dengan hotel yang sangat kecil tempat saya menginap di Paddington selama empat hari, bilik ini adalah kejutan yang tidak dijangka! Anda mesti datang ke sini lain kali anda lewat! Nisbah harga/prestasi sangat baik, tetapi sayangnya saya terpaksa berpindah ke kereta api pada keesokan harinya dan bermalam Lain kali saya datang ke London, ini adalah hotel yang saya akan menginap!

Such a Great Location & the Staff is Amazing! It’s located right next to Kings Cross & Coal Drop Yards which is convenient. Check in is simple & they even let you leave your luggage for free if you get their early & after your check out. The staff is so kind, to the front desk, Maintenance, Cleaning Crew & Management. I love how the beds you can change the color of the Lighting. There are plugs for your phone & a locker to store your stuff. Also a bar to hang socks or a Towel. They have a huge lounge area where you can chill or work & a kitchen. Pretty big kitchen, great way to save $ while traveling! Bathrooms are always clean & always hot water. They have events throughout the week which is great for connecting with new people. You can tell the staff is like family here & genuine souls! Definitely suggest checking out this Hostel when traveling to London! My next trip into London, I’ll definitely be staying here. 💚

The location is really good and quite safe. Service, really depends, some are friendly and helpful, esp. ladies in the restaurant. Some are just the opposite🙂 However, facility can be quite bad and it looks the oldest compare with other hotel in same area. Do not choose the random room, they will give your the worst which is dusty and musty. When you let them know the door lock is broken and windows are cracked, the reply will be “it is normal, our windows crack sometimes. It is not a problem.” There is no air-con for most of the rooms, unless you live in basement which windows cannot be opened. You can ask for a fan and you can get it if available and they remember your request🙂 My suitcase zipper was broken after living in one night, but the lock still working so nothing lost luckily.
