I am writing to express my disappointment with the service provided by your hotel during my recent stay. As you are aware, I had booked a twin bed room at your esteemed five-star hotel in central location. However, upon arriving at the reception, I was informed that the room was not available. Instead, I was given a room with one double bed for two adult males. This was unacceptable and completely contrary to my booking request. As a guest, I expect the hotel to honor my booking and provide the room that I had reserved. Moreover, I trusted your hotel to provide top-notch service given the reputation and standard of a five-star hotel. This level of incompetency and disregard for the customer's booking request is not what I expected and is unacceptable. Therefore, I am requesting a refund for the room that I stayed in as it did not meet my expectations or fulfill my booking requirements. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. I hope that in the future, your hotel will ensure that such incidents do not occur and that all guests receive the room that they have reserved. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 酒店裝修和內容不贅述了，並不高級。但是我最後三天的住宿都定在這裏了，因為位置好。牛津街首當其沖的禮物採買，大英博物館近在咫尺，特拉法加廣場也不遠。當然您若一定把饋贈式的禮物定義在哈羅德的範疇，好吧略遙遠了。 另早餐一般，服務很好，我説太累了，想要安靜就給我找了個相對大的不怎麼臨街的房間。酒店周邊有家排隊的韓國菜我不知道為何排隊，另有一處寫着維吾爾三個漢字的餐廳，老闆是不會中文的大概中亞人，可菜品足以一解思鄉之苦。羊肉很真！沙縣小吃也兩分鐘步行可到。

I recently had the pleasure of staying here with my family, and I have to say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. First of all, the hotel itself is beautiful. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really sets this hotel apart is the level of service provided by the staff. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel welcome and valued. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and well-stocked, and they were always available to address any requests I had. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff taking the time to chat with me and make sure that everything was to my liking. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. The staff are truly exceptional, and they go out of their way to make sure that each and every guest feels at home. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!
