The Hannafore Point Hotel

很英式的酒店，前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間不大，但很乾凈，停車免費，記得和前台要停車券，早餐很豐盛，海景也很棒，游泳池開放到晚上十點👍 老酒店隔音都不好

Stayed for four nights, staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast lovely, Had a meal in the hotel on our last evening we ordered a sirloin steak my partners was fine my steak was bad the young lady called Kath was very professional and helpful running the bar and taking orders took my steak back and the waiter brought back a good steak. The hotel is very dog friendly which was great, our room was lovely looking over the sea with large patio doors opening onto a balcony. The views are beautiful. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The menu is quite pricey. So we dined in the town

The usual superb stay at the Hannaford Point Hotel. Friendly staff, lovely room , clean and comfy - thankyou for the free upgrade with a beautiful sea view. Great breakfast and ideally placed to explore Looe and SE Cornwall. Highly recommended.

Ive stayed here a nunver of time as visiting Looe for work and the are onky a couple of hotels. The hotel has great views and warm rooms with good WiFi. The reception staff are generally friendly and welcoming. However, it's a very dated hotel that has seen much better days, and the restaurant service is appalling - the staff are often abrupt or ignore you, seating is illogical and food is mediocre at best, but greasy and horrible more generally.

This Hotel has the most amazing views and a good size car park , the staff are very friendly and professional You have a choice of restaurants the main hotel and there is a bistro dinning restaurant which is very nice as there is a large outside area to enjoy, overall a lovely hotel Unfortunately it also has a very bad downside and this is why I will not be staying again If you book a room with a garden view (these are the cheaper rooms as you have no sea view the rear of the Hotel) you will need to take ear plugs I was unable to sleep most of the night an horrendous droning noise all night long loud and annoying . I did ask reception what is that horrid noise from the outside of my room, I was told it’s the extractor units and motors from the kitchen but it will stop later Well let me assure you, it does not stop all night long, I had about 2 hours sleep could not relax it was like sleeping next to a generator When you visit and stay in a hotel a good sleep is what you pay for and expect I was so disappointed annoyed I sat next to a guy at breakfast the first thing he said to me was did you sleep well !! did you hear that horrid noise all night he was the same as me a room at the back of this hotel It’s a shame the hotel has lots of nice things about it But a good night sleep is not one

The staff were giggling and commenting in our direction when we made our order which was uncomfortable. . We stayed several hours and after 4 x 2 courses each plus drinks, coffees, desserts , we felt they wanted us to leave. When I phoned to complain about this for my collegues embarrassment the Person was not interested in the question at all. Very abrupt. When I said it was an abrupt way to handle it. I was told I was not welcome at the hotel again ?

The best view in Looe for me. We love sitting outside and have loved the alterations since our last visit. The food, compared to everywhere in Looe is well priced given the location and surroundings. I have enjoyed my early morning swim in the spa pool - excellent value. Lovely reception staff and maintenance guys. Cheers chaps !

The public areas and reception staff were very nice. However our bedroom was awful. Patched artex ceiling and a terrace that was filthy. Needed a good jet wash. Breakfast was poor and the huge windows looking out over the sea in the restaurant were covered with bird poo! Such a shame as the hotel is in a fabulous location. However it was run down and needed some TLC to bring it back to life. Definitely not worth the money. Would not stay here again.

Lovely view and lovely staff. We had the cod in warm tartare sauce and crushed potatoes. Delicious, but the smallest piece of cod I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. In comparison to the fish and chips, similarly priced, the cod portion was barely a quarter of that.
