Ulasan Courtyard Los Angeles LAX/Century Boulevard

Noisy The front desk staff were terrible. They said breakfast was included in the room rate, but when I went in the morning, I had to pay for it. Different people say different things. I couldn't sleep because of the airplane noise. The shower didn't have hot water. It was dirty and didn't drain properly.

Travelling has always taken a toll on my health especially when age catches up; however beautiful God sent staffs like Jesus, Miguel and Denise from Front Desk literally took their 5 Stars Services from the heart to a whole new different level; when they saved me from my heart condition. I was struggling, they sensed it and helped salvage the otherwise disastrous situation.  Their impeccable professional services could at any day, any time, stand toe to toe with any top International Five Stars Hoteliers!  Both the Japanese and Thai Hospitality Industry have a lot to learn indeed, about modesty and professionalism from these wonderful Marriott courtyard hoteliers mentioned! Please accord them my deepest appreciation with some form of accolades. Thank you.

When I order the bottle of water, it charge around USD80 from my credit card, hotel staff said will send the invoice to my email but I didn't receive

This place was awesome, and better yet was the staff working the desk and the rooms. All were helpful, polite and one guy went out of his way to assist. It's a great place to stay when stuck at the airport. I wouldn't mind getting stuck again. Thank you team CYLAX!

A good hotel for the money, they found a transfer quickly, helped us check in, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean

The room is very clean and the service attitude is good.

The room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression. But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.

Overall quite satisfied.

Good and worth recommending

I had an early flight so I booked this hotel, which is relatively close to LA International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the terminal, but there is no fixed time. You need to come down and wait at least 20-30 minutes in advance. Breakfast is like a canteen with few choices and the surrounding environment is a bit noisy.

This hotel will inexplicably charge a fee after leaving the United States. It may be that you have nothing to do with it after you return to China. Be careful!

Clean, comfortable, big room, big bed

空港のすぐ近く。24時間運行のシャトルバスもあり、便利。 従業員の方も、英語に不慣れな旅行客の扱いに慣れているように思えて助かりました。 カードキーを持っていないと、ロビーから部屋のあるフロアに行けないので、防犯面でも安心です。 飛行機が朝早くの到着で、チェックイン開始の16時まで観光するために荷物を預かってもらおうと一度ホテルに向かいました。フロントに荷物を預かってほしいとお願いしたところ、ついでに？チェックイン時間も13時に早めてくれました。(いつもそうしてくれるかはわかりません) チェックアウトのときも、会計を終えた後にシャトルバスのことを聞こうと思ったら「25分くらいで来ますよ。ロビーで待っていてください」と察して答えてくれてありがたかったです。 フロントの前にあるスタバの店員さん達(おじいさんたち)も優しかったです。
