It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Magnífico Hotel en el Downtown de LA. Se puede caminar a todos sitios turísticos del Downtown. Muy buena ubicación en calle segura. Hotel de diseño con buena habitación organizada como un pequeño apartamento con su entrada, allí esta el armario y el mueble nevera. El baño está muy bien. La ducha es muy grande y los productos de Argan. No hay cepillo de dientes por poner pega. Terraza con piscina muy de diseño con buena música y buen ambiente, tranquilo y cool.  Restaurante principal muy bonito. La carta pequeña. Café Shop  para desayunar con productos sin gluten. En la terraza de la piscina también sirven pequeños platos y bebidas. Todo buena calidad y muy buen servicio.  Hay gimnasio y es pequeño pero completo. El personal es muy amable. Repetiría seguro. Magnifica relación calidad precio.

The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

Hotel room was fairly worn and not very clean. Reception staff polite and breakfast good. Area outside the hotel not very safe but then it is downtown LA. However the main issue was my wife went to hair dry her hair after a shower and got an electric shock. On inspection the hairdryer cable was repaired with some kind of tape and this came loose and there were copper wires exposed. Wife was upset with stinging and pain. Showed photos to reception who apologiesd but as a Sunday no Manager around. Emailed photos to Reception and left details and after a week no response. They couldn't care less. Obviously could have been much worse. This is a $200 to $300 per night kind of place. Really poor and potentially dangerous stay.

the service of the hotel is not same as it use to be before . i have been staying here for many year now , but now i dont know if I would prefer to go back again. Breakfast is off the menu , which we could enjoy in the restaurant . only prepacked limited goodies...to take away , even regular coffee not include in that. Also toilleteries are missing items from the toilet , not hot water kettle . I wish they can understand all the places are open now after covid .

The hotel is right in the middle of DtLA it close to Grand Central Market which is a great place to get food. The area surrounding the hotel is not all that but it close enough to venture out to Hollywood or even Beverly Hills or anywhere else you’d like to see. But the hotel itself as very clean we stayed in a very big room. (Accessible room actually )

對該酒店很滿意，衛生做得很乾凈，洗髮水和沐浴露很好用，房裡有電磁爐和簡單炊餐具，可以燒水，熱飯等，早餐不錯，比較豐富。咖啡、熱水在大廳似乎全天供應，前台對麪有個自助小賣部，有飲料、泡麵、速食等，價格也不貴，還可以寄存行李，在大廳坐着休息，這點幫了大忙。入住時給的小單子看一下，酒店有不少便利服務。位置在市中心，購物交通方便，附近有很多餐廳，不到600米有King soopers超市。工作人員禮貌友好，check in需要用入住人的信用卡支付押金，退房時就把押金退我了。強烈推薦！
