Hotel Los Angeles dengan Spa

Segala-galanya sangat baik sehingga saya menginap semalam dan saya diberitahu baik-baik saja tetapi ketika saya pergi ke meja saya diberitahu tidak! Pengurus adalah keperibadian yang sangat kering dan jelek pada pendapat saya!

Location was fantastic. A good and comfortable stay, we loved the convenience that it was right in Hollywood and connected to a mall.

所在街區沒有安全感 非常小的大堂，不是國內麗思卡爾頓的概念，好像公寓大堂，沒有什麼服務，要水之類的服務都要打幾次電話才送來，感覺整個酒店沒有人在服務。

Amazing and helpfull staff, comfortable, clean, and elegant place to stay, and perfect location with a picturesque view of the Walt Disney Concert Hall opposite. Would love to stay again.

Enjoyed the stay, except Breakfast, should have been more variety than usual, fruits were also not available.

This hotel is really cool. Theirs a beautiful view of the Hollywood city. The pool is on the third floor, with a nice bar, etc. the restaurant and room service was good, everything is super boujee. Expensive to park but great valet service.

The service wasn’t really up to the standards of such a wonderful, high end hotel. We even upgraded our room day of. They ruined our custom cake in transport from the valet to our room, despite the fact we gave them very detailed instructions. They reassured us that they’d be right up. I had to call twice to get them to bring us our luggage (and the cake) and by then a hour had gone by, and the custom decorations had melted off the cake ruining it. There was a lot of confusion on how they would make it up to us as I had to talk to three different people on the day and the day after who all told me different things. In the end, since they didn’t send us a dessert to make up for the cake they ruined and the champagne they promised was instead $150 off at the bar — thank god I called to ask where the wine was otherwise I wouldn’t have known I had the credit and would not have used it. Eventually they comped us the valet, upgrade and what they say was an extra drink we got at the bar that went over the $150 (impossible, we all made sure the math lined up) but the communication was a struggle and I did not felt appreciated as a customer.

Great downtown location Iconic Architecture Rooms are a bit old and need refurbishment We stayed while there was a convention at the hotel, making it a bit overcrowded in the morning for breakfast

Loved everything about this hotel. I only wish they offered full or queen beds instead of twins.
