Saya suka tempat ini sangat indah saya pernah ke sana sebelum saya perlu memberitahu anda bahawa makanannya mengerikan. Juga isteri saya berasa sama. semuanya masin, cara pahit untuk membuat gula semua jus mempunyai rasa palsu. Saya telah mencuba hampir 20 perkara yang berbeza. Mereka terasa mengerikan. Hanya buah, susu dan roti yang sedap. tetapi saya tidak mahu mengeluh saya akan kembali kerana saya suka tempat anda semoga makanan akan terasa lebih sedap. Beberapa hari ini makanan anda teruk dan saya bukan pemilih

We have stayed at this resort several times. We ha e never had such a horrible experience with the spring breakers. The staff of the hotel worked so hard and ot was just unbearable at night. My suggestion is to house them separately from the older crowd and have security. We love this place but will not go back during this time.

Group of 13, with 5 kids ages 6, 6, 5, 4, 2. The kids club was wonderful! Each night they did a RioLand show for the kids and ours loved getting on stage to perform. While this is considered a party resort we never encountered any issues with overly drunk people. We stayed in building 4 on the ground floor, only heard noises one night, we brought our sound machine from home and had no issues with noise. We would of loved to drink more champagne, but they only had it at the nice restaurant and the sports bar one day. We asked every bar every day for it :) Food was good. Always found something at the buffets and never went hungry. Drinks are typical Mexico AI drinks, watered down, just ask for a double shot :) Great, clean resort with tons to do for all ages! We LOVED it!

Very nice property with very good restaurants and service. Pools were nice but very crowded and loud with competing music and games going on. The RIU parties were VERY loud be prepared. I am not sure if it’s because we’re at the start of spring break but there were very loud crowds of younger sets yelling and singing down the walkways until 3am.

The facility was well maintained, great food options, beautiful scenery.
Only downside was the transfer service. You have to wait 1-2 hours until everyone who is going to the resort that day arrives in the airport and the transfer van is full before they head out. If we knew this ahead of time, we probably would have just spent the extra money to get an Uber or something.
Everything except the transfer service was excellent.

The tacos were amazing! I do not recommend the Italian food...it was gross and very generic. The steakhouse was great, though

The rooms weren't quite as pictured... but they were clean. The staff was extremely pleasant and very responsive.
The pools and surrounding area were beautiful and clean... just watch your step because the tiles got quite slippery.
Food and drinks were great!! We enjoyed our stay very much! (Possibly do the "kids' stuff" - shows - a little earlier. ☺️)

We booked this resort knowing it had a little smaller rating than the last resort we were at. Every employee we encountered were excellent and very friendly. Shows and parties were lots of fun. Everything was pretty good. Food was good but could be a little better and we thought the Italian spot could be more like a resturant and not another Buffett. Room was nice although we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on probably because of the high utility charges in Mexico. The only issue we really had was the wifi would drop and we had to re connect constantly. Not a huge pain just a nuisance.
