The Residences at Hacienda Encantada

The best Villa in all the land. Guillermo and the staff are second to none. The location is perfect and they treat you like you deserve to be treated. As a former GM, I’m familiar with the “little details”. The property does a great job in that. The receptions, the massages, the staff when they are not even working with you, are great!! Bravo to the whole team and we wish you the happiest of holidays.

We were excited to get to introduce some more friends to the awesome location and services we know we can count on at The Residences. Our Butler, Guillermo, had everything all ready so we could make ourselves at home upon arrival. Trinidad was there to help get us, along with all of our groceries and luggage, quickly to our unit. We took advantage of the amazing view from the Sky Gym and appreciate the training support that Cesar was there to provide. Gerardo took great care of us for lunch and happy hour at El Patio. The burger and Governor Tacos were both amazing. It was wonderful to return to our clean house, fresh towels and beautifully made beds each day - and we have Jasmine to thank for that!! As always, the service was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and we enjoyed an awesome trip to our home away from home. Looking forward to returning again in 2025!!!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Guillermo Justo and Trinidad we felt like we were the only guests on property. Being first time guests we didnt really know what to expect and were surprised at the exceptional hospitality and service. Every employee met us with a smile and the clear desire to meet any request. The residence itself was comfortable, clean and so lovely. As staff came so quietly and respectfully to fulfill any request they were also quick to supply towels, linens and anything more that we needed. I’ve traveled the world and have we’ll over 30 cruises in my past and I am so pleased with our experience we are ready to plan our return. A true jewel on the coast with fabulous whale sightings, scrumptious food and drinks, and stunning sunsets! Until next time, much is gracias!

Our unit was 1522 and it was amazing. We all have seperate bathrooms and ultimate privacy. GUILLERMO JUSTO was our butler and he was right on top of everything we need and even more. We were so comfortable!! Can't wait to come back!!! Highly recommend the Residence Villas and Guillermo!!!!!

We came with a group of 18 people this year, and our fantastic butler, Daniel Morales, tended to absolutely everything we needed or wanted. He was very attentive, always friendly and dependable. We had Daniel as our butler last year as well, and we specifically requested him because of our wonderful experience with him. We will be back next year, and you guessed it, we will be requesting Daniel again!!

This is a fabulous resort with breathtaking views! The luxurious property has beautiful architecture, is clean and well-maintained, and all of the staff are very friendly and attentive (special thanks to Alonso and Trinidad!). I can honestly say that there was not one staff member that didn’t make you feel that they were grateful you were there! A quick hike to the chapel at the top of the hill provides you with incredible views up and down the coastline, and if you can catch a sunrise or sunset from there, it is truly magical. The property pools are a real treat. Most have the beautiful coastline views and wait staff always ready to bring you food and drinks! There were daily activities planned that were fun, such as poolside Name that Toon and karaoke night. The main gate has a 24 hour security guard and the property did not have any safety concerns for us. The spa is beautiful, wonderful massages! The gym is well equipped, and the one at the top of the Vista building has fantastic views of the coastline. The drive into town is 10 to 15 minutes, depending on traffic. We had four adults and two children in our group. We found this to be a very kid friendly property. We stayed in a three bedroom/5.5 bath private villa. These are located in their own gated area with a 24 hr security guard. With the villa you have your own butler that will help with anything you need and is just a text away. We were lucky enough to have Daniel as our butler for the week. He greeted us every day with a huge smile, was so friendly and attentive, and made our stay even better! He is truly an asset for this property! The villa is decorated very nicely, is clean and well-maintained and the layout is well-designed and spacious. It has its own private pool/hot tub, fire pit, and covered barbecue area in the backyard. The kitchen is well equipped, but if there is anything you find you need that is missing, they are quick to try and get it for you. We ate in several of the restaurants and the food was very good, I would not say great, but again, the staff were all very nice and accommodating. The 24 hr coffee/pastry/sandwich shop was a huge hit with us and had great coffee! We do a lot of traveling and I can honestly say that this is one of the best vacations we have had! We were very pampered and were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy our stay. We already booked a trip for next year for two weeks, one was not enough, and cannot wait to go back! We highly recommend this resort!!
