I think the best way to describe our stay at Solaz is that it is an immersive experience that transcends beyond our imagination. Let me explain. The resort’s unique landscaping, featuring endemic Baja desert flora, and its award-winning architecture seamlessly integrate with the natural surroundings. Every corner of the property is adorned with over 400 works of art by César López-Negrete, celebrating the rich culture and history of the region. The meticulous cleanliness throughout the resort was evident, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Unparalleled Service & Dining Excellence The service at Solaz was impeccable. The Artisan Butler service was my wife’s favourite feature. Our butlers Gabriel and Teresa were available 24/7 to assist us with every need. They were incredibly thoughtful and dedicated to their job. Dining at Solaz is an experience in itself. The diverse culinary options are truly best-in-class, but Cascabel’s breakfast buffet deserves special mention. Each morning, we were greeted by friendly staff who made us feel at home. The rotating menu offered a delightful mix of authentic Mexican dishes and healthy options, ensuring variety every day. The handmade tortillas and fresh local ingredients were a highlight. Our dinner at Al Pairo was unforgettable, especially thanks to Aaron, our waiter, and the talented kitchen staff. They went above and beyond to make my wife’s 36th birthday celebration extraordinary. From the exquisite food to the thoughtful service, it was a night we will always cherish. Luxurious Accommodations Our room was spacious, modern, and designed with comfort in mind. The seamless indoor-outdoor living concept allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views of garden from our private terrace. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the intelligent technology, added to the luxurious experience. Exceptional Concierge Team A special shoutout to Chief Concierge Angelina Garcia and her team for their outstanding hospitality. Angelina helped us plan our trip before arrival and welcomed us warmly with a personalized tour of the property. Throughout our stay, she surprised us with thoughtful gifts that made us feel truly valued. Our family enjoyed our 5 nights stay at Solaz and would most certainly return.
