This hotel doesnt know the basics of hospitality, they think they are a big shot because they get a lot of corporate groups , so they dont give to cents about the rest of the people that are not part of the groups that just are looking for a place to stay, they claim that they are all the time booked holding their rooms and they decide who they are deserving of rooms or not , i booked two night and told the front desk lady since day one that i wanted to extend she said they were completely booked and told me to call to reservations , she never made a note or the effort to keep up with my request , i had to go down every single day to ask if there was an opening for me to extend last day before i checked out i called one more time and she said there was no opening , against my will i went ahead and booked a different hotel , and she called me exactly 5 minutes later asking me if i still needed the room , because something just opened up , meaning she probably didnt even check when i called , and she just went ahead with the story that they were fully booked , i had to pack my stuff and move out , this people should not work in front desk since they dont know what customer service is and dont know how to problem solve or indentify the needs of a guest , to add to the experience the breakfast wich is complementary is completely inedible
