I book this hotel last minutes as Xiamen Airlines doesn’t provide free hotel for Asia to Asia sector customer. This hotel is very close to Xiamen International Airport, just 5 minutes drive away. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, they also provide free pick up and drop off services to the airport. The room is big and spaces. Near by hotel also have lot of foods from early morning to over mid night. I have my yummy beef noodle at midnight….

地理位置優越，地處東湖北岸——北岸公園旁。酒店為園林式風格，環境好，酒店房間視野開闊，尤其湖景房，可俯瞰湖、可遠看塔山、鳳凰山，也可遠眺東海… 雖然在過程中存在一些不足，但是酒店賓客體驗經理vicky的真誠態度、職業素養以及專業服務，還是打消了最初的主觀判斷。酒店的服務初心、服務初衷、服務努力，還是值得肯定的，從vicky的應急處理過程——還原真相、直麪問題…可以感受到。希望下次，有機會再來體驗，那稍許不足改進之後的場景…

I checked in to Shangri-La Hotel in Fuzhou on 22 Oct. The experience was a pleasant & unforgettable one. I was greeted by Sarah when I checked in She was very friendly and helpful to acede to my request. Upon knowing that I am allergic to smoke smell, she arranged for the highest floor for me. The room is super clean and very big. I would also like to comment on the sincere service of another front counter staff, Wade Fu. He always greeted the guest with warm smiles. He answered all my questions well and showed concern to my safety as I was travelling alone. He made me felt at home. The hotel is in a strategic location, with WuYi Square just 5-min walk away and the there are many eateries within walking distance. Tourist attration ,SanFang QiXiang, is just a short car-ride. My overall impression of the hotel is awesome. I'll certainlyl stay in Shangri-La Hotel when I next visit Fuzhou. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

We highly recommend this hotel. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The distance is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Since we were transiting in Fuzhou, we intentionally chose a hotel that was close to the airport. The hotel is clean and modern, and one of the main highlights is their receptionists, they are truly friendly and caring. The hotel is also not far from the market; it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. Within a 15-minute walk, I was even able to find a halal restaurant. I highly recommend Lanou Hotel. If I ever have the chance to visit Fuzhou again, I would definitely stay here again.

First time visiting Jinjang and staying here . A very good well located hotel with many facilities.

We had stayed in Fuzhou Lakeside Hotel for 4 nights and then extended for another 2 nights. The Executive Floor rooms are spacious, well maintained and with good views. The many value added services that came with the Executive Room was a very pleasant surprise. These included daily access to the Exec Lounge for high tea and happy hour, one piece of free laundry per day, free mini bar drinks and daily fruit platter (both replenished daily). The service staff stationed on the Executive Floor is efficient, responsive and always ready to greet us with a cheerful smile. The hotel is just next to West Lake and cane be conveniently access via access gate to the broadwalk. Will highly recommend this hotel especially the Executive Rooms.

High service level standards. Rooms are pristine and amenities have been thoughtfully prepared. Management places guests at the centre of their operations. Even a process of having a concierge on WeChat to be on call at all times. The sky lounge's cocktail is cost effective and taste effective.

Very clean, very friendly staff, location is strategic because if you stay in the Quanzhou Kaiyuan Temple not only the area is noisy with tourists but you have to carry your baggage for quite a distance as well because no cars are allowed to enter that area. Highly recommended to stay here while visiting Quanzhou .

Nothing to complain as it's well maintained/efficient and is your standard 5 star hotel (with a view of the Jinjiang River fireworks on NYE). Perhaps we were biased coming from Kaipuu Belfry which was located in West Street so while Intercontinental was also about a 25 minutes pleasant walk from the estuary Harbor sites (Zhenwu Temple / WenxingGong) which are also UNESCO sites , nothing beats the location of the former hotel! Aesthetically, we were not fans of the multi color lighted facade at night but that's just a personal preference. Special mention to Fay of the front desk for good service.

Centrally located within Gu Cheng with lots of eateries around! Food is not an issue when you’re around this area and all are good food! I can’t express further how much i love the location. However, it is not really accessible by car so you have to drop outside and walk approximately 300m in to reach the hotel. And I feel they should have more washer and dryer facilities in the premises. All is good and i’ve got nothing to complain about. i love the place, the serenity it provides amidst the buzzing streets and cleanliness they upkeep!
