Hotel Lourdes dengan Bar

Here is my honest review of the Belfry. Check in staff ....very nice. Room nice and bright and big but I paid for superior room with shrine and views which were a distance away. Nice 10 minute walk to the grotto. No wardrobe in room just a pole with 6 hangers so I worked my clothes out of my case. Pillows like small cushions ....square and rectangular with rough covers which were not comfortable on the skin and not changed at all for 4 days. Bathroom nice and bright and very well stocked. Breakfast .....very small bowls of tiny mushrooms, chipolatas and cold scrambled egg was the hot offering. The cold offering of beautiful fresh fruit, breads, jams , croissants, youghart, cheeses, chirozo, cereals, small crepes and tarts and fabulous jams. Coffee machine to help yourself with all types of coffee but only served warm. Lovely juices.Bar almost empty every night. We had 1 drink there only. For the money we paid for our 4 night stay( 972e +38etax) I feel we would have gotten a very good 4 star for less than half the price. The corridor was black with lights just at the bottom of wall.....not for the faint hearted and carpet was like green grass. The whole trip to Lourdes was out of this world but unfortunately I definitely would not stay at the Belfry again. Staff were really lovely though. I wanted to really treat ourselves with this 5 star hotel but unfortunately it did not reach the mark. So sorry Belfry!

Just returned from our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes with a large school group. This was our first time at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The staff in particular Serge greeted us on arrival and was attentive throughout our week stay. Joel, sharif and all the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The large reception area was fabulous for us all to gather as a group. The meals were served quickly and the food of a very good standard, even for fussy eaters and those with dietary requirements. Rooms clean and nice. Well done all. Hope to see you next year.

Stayed here end March beginning April on our annual visit to Lourdes, with this being our second visit to this lovely hotel. Journey from the airport to hotel by taxi about 15/20 minutes depending on traffic. Swift check in at reception. Rooms on the 4th floor overlooking the river. Super comfortable beds, toiletries supplies, walk in shower, much needed kettle with coffee sachets, tea bags, milk & sugar supplied. Breakfast lovely, hot & cold items, tea, coffee, juices. Hotel close to the Sanctuary. Quiet time of the year, not very many restaurants open but you are able to find something to eat. Supermarket about 10 minute walk from the hotel. Staff all round friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here, many thanks. Highly recommended.

This hotel offers the best service ever. The staffs are amazing. Rooms are very clean., location is perfect near the chapel. It’s very calm and easy to find. Food is good also. Restaurant is very clean And staffs are accommodating. Thank you again and again from Gecia formation group tour 2024.

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is nice; staff are friendly. It is a 1-2 minute walk to St Joseph's gate at the Grotto, so it is very convenient. The room itself is ok. It would have been a lot better if the AC was working properly; interestingly the controls are with the front desk (i had to ask them to check the ac everyday because it was warm inside our room, and every time they would check at the back and say they adjusted it). We did not try the breakfast or restaurant, but I saw a lot of people eating there. It would have been 5-stars if only the AC worked!
