Surprisingly good stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and check in was easy. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom needed a bit of work but overall was good.
The location (despite the graveyard!) was excellent for visiting Lourdes. If coming directly from the sanctuary, there are some steep steps and a slope to the property but it took minutes to get back to the hotel. We also walked to the bus stop (5mins) to catch the bus to Pic du Jer and it’s around 10-15mins walk from the station. A very good reasonably priced stay in Lourdes.

From the moment myself, partner and good friend arrived at the hotel (rooms 309/312 13th/17th june) we were made very welcome. A special mention would be to Tiago(prob spelt wrong) who wirked the late shift, great grasp of the english language and very friendly and helpfull through out our stay. If we were to have any critisism . It would only be that the hotel website states that an iron and ironing board is available on request.....however they could only provide an iron, so had to iron on a towel on the floor.

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, the hotel was well situated and only a 5 /10 minute walk to the sanctuary and surrounding shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and there was adequate choice for the continental breakfast. I would like to make a special mention to Tiago(prob spelt wrong) who worked the late shift while we were staying and was very attentive, his grasp of the English language......and patience with our attemp to converse in french should be commended. There is only one negative point and that was that the hotel website states that you can have an iron/ironing board on request....however this is not the case, Tiago, already mentioned however did find us an iron to use so I ironed on a towel on the floor, OK for myself as able bodied but someone with mobility issues would struggle. All in all though a very pleasant stay, in a lovely pieceful, holy part of France.(rooms 309/312)

The staff were helpful, friendly and polite, but the bedroom size was a bit too small as well the bathroom size which was different from the advertised pictures online. The sound insulation needed to be improved because I could my next door people talking until late night and it was quite disturbing while I was sleeping. If the bathroom dressing area was a lot bigger would be perfect. Since I was not able to put all my toiletries and make up stuffs in the bathroom, unfortunately.

My experience at the hotel was good but lots of walking to find the hotel.Our room had a lovely view with beautiful mountains when you wake up it was superb.I did enjoyed my stay.
