Excellent service from all the staff. They have motorbike rentals and personal tour guides available to show you around. Good English speakers and very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was very tasty. All appliances and room amenities were in great condition. I liked to place so well I booked another day and checked out the waterfalls, temples and other activities on the river. Definitely a good value for the money and was located in a quiet area off the main road.

Terrible Experience at Villa le Tam Tam Boutique Hotel This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Poor service and unprofessional staff completely ruined my stay. I stayed at the hotel from December 14-17, 2024 (4 days, 3 nights) room A3. From the very first night (December 14), I noticed that the hallway light outside my room was broken, and the bathtub had no hot water, even though the temperature outside was very cold (around 14-16°C). Since it was late, I informed the staff on duty, asking them to resolve it the next day. On the second day (December 15), I reminded the staff again at 7 a.m., but when I returned that evening, nothing had been fixed. The hallway light was still broken, and the hot water issue remained unresolved. When I questioned the staff member on duty, he told me that the hotel owner was not present and claimed he didn’t know what to do. Worse, he spoke rudely, blaming us for the hotel’s problems, saying, “No other guests have had problem like all of you.” When I asked him to contact the hotel owner to get someone to fix the problem, he refused. Given the lack of cooperation and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I contacted Trip Support, but even they couldn’t get in touch with the hotel owner. Eventually, I had no choice but to demand another room, which the staff refused to provide. That night, they only allowed us to use a bathroom in another room within the villa for a shower. On the third day (December 16), the hallway light was finally fixed, but the hot water issue in our room was still unresolved. Instead of finding a proper solution, the staff member became aggressive and told us to either shower in the staff bathroom (as shown in the attached photo) or continue without hot water. I couldn’t understand how such behavior and service were acceptable at any hotel. On the fourth day (December 17), we checked out, feeling utterly disappointed. This was truly a horrible experience. The issues with facilities were bad enough, but the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff made it even worse. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Nice, quite and affordable guesthouse Close to river and Market streets.

Check-in is fast. Hotel breakfast food is poor. For me nothing to eat.... Just egg and bread. It's a small hotel...nothing to view or do at the hotel. Room is dirty.....there are some wood insert crawling on the table. Towels are not clean....there are yellow stains. It's a very cheap hotel. If for a quick night...then stay. We stay for 5 nights...because we already paid. The only reason we picked this hotel because it's close to the night market. Staff are friendly. I gave 4 happy on location because close to night market and good food near by and it's safety to walk to the night market. Note: Food photos are from the night market and restaurant around the area. Only the egg and bread photo from the hotel breakfast. If food and clean is not a problem for you...this is durable...because close to night light and foods.

A great way to experience Luang Prabang. Cute villa with extremely friendly and helpful stuff! Close to everything :)

The person at the front desk helped us book scooter and transportation to the train station. Room has a bath and toilets separated from bathroom which is good. Recommend for very short stay

Location is the best, even near night market, but it was not noisy, I can fall asleep peacefully. Also there is good reception staff. They tried to do the best support for my request. With their support, I could enjoy my Luang Phabang trip. Thank you Sack!!

The hygiene is very poor. Look at the pictures. The sheets and quilt covers are black and yellow with big stains. I told the waiter that he couldn't find sheets to change. In the end, I reluctantly used two small bedspreads to put together and lie on the bed with clothes on for one night. I checked out immediately the next day. I can't stay here. It has left me with a great psychological shadow on B&Bs. I have never encountered such a dirty room. If there is a negative score, I will give it a negative score.
