【安いけど設備は不十分。コストを重視する人にはおすすめです】 ○良いところ ・オーナーはとても親切です。フレンドリーに話しかけてくれますし、困り事についての相談に何でも乗ってくれます ・1泊3000円台〜とルアンパバーンのシングルルームとしてはかなり安い部類です ・エアコンは十分に機能します ・街の中心（ナイトマーケット）までは5分程度でアクセスはとても良いです ○改善すべきところ ・オーナーは中国人で、中国語しか話せません。基本翻訳アプリでの会話になります ・アメニティに不足があります。例えば部屋にゴミ箱はありません ・部屋に蚊がいました、構造上蚊が入ってきやすい気がします ※蚊よけはあります ・ホットシャワーは出るときと出ないときがあります。出ないときはぬるい温度です ・シャワーとトイレが一体となっており、シャワーカーテンもないし、シャワーもトイレも同じ高さなので、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの床もビシャビシャになります ○総じて 値段のやすさとアクセスの良さを求める旅行客にはおすすめです。一方で、一定の清潔感や設備の充実を求めるのであればもう少しお金を払って1ランク上、2ランク上のホテルに泊まるべきです

ตกแต่งสวย เสียอย่างเดียวตู้เย็น เสียบลำบากมาก กาน้ำร้อนสกปรกมากเป็นคราบ ในห้องอาบน้ำ ถ้าใช้น้ำอุ่น ไอน้ำจะเป็นกักบริเวณหลอดไฟข้างบน แปรงฟันแล้วน้ำหยอดใส่หัว อาหารเช้ามีข้าวต้ม และไข่ดาว แช้วแต่วัน ทำเลดี เดินไปโจมาได้เลย พนักงานบริการดี

I choose this hotel due to the decoration style and location also now rate is good. Hotel is small but convenient, location is great ; nearby by the river and tourist attractions. Staff service is excellent, all are very helpful with smile. Room is good, clean but wall and ceiling need to touch up. Breakfast is not variety, I prefer to have local foods outside the hotel.

A very enjoyable stay. The villa is conveniently located near the Mekong riverside and within short stroll distance to most major areas of interest in Luang Prabang. Room is spacious and cozy, with a nicely sized bathroom. Reception helps to book trips and services at a lower cost you may not find outside, with pickups at the villa as well (except for, of course, boat rides). Tiny issue was the lack of toothbrush and toothpaste. The rest is provided.

신축된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 시끄러운 시내의 외곽이라 정말 조용하다 대표님인지 책임자인지는 모르겠으나 너무나도 친절하고 하루종일 부지런하게 돌아다니면서 호텔을 관리해서 그런지 휴지조각 하나 찾아보기 힘들다 볼때마다 불편함이 없는지 물어보며 영어가 능숙하여 의사소통에 문제가 없다 이 호텔의 최고는 수영장이다 1.3M 이라고 적혀있는 깊이에 타일로 마감되어 수질이 깨끗하고 물의 온도가 적당하여 아이들이 좋아 한다 조식은 맛있고 식당은 청결 하다 직원들은 식당내부를 맨발로 다니고 눈이 마주치면 항상 웃어준다 시내 중심가에 간다고 하니 전기카트로 셔틀 해 주고 개방된 전기카트를 타고 로컬를 달리는 재미도 있다 많은 호텔을 경험해 보았으나 최고로써 기억에 남을 호텔이다

Love the location which is directly by the riverside and quieter area but doesn’t compromise the proximity to Wat Xiengthong and the tourist street. We eat the same things for breakfast daily but thanks to the gorgeous view and pleasant weather , everything was cool. Room is spacious and even has a bathtub. However the TV is tiny and far away from the bed which makes it impractical to watch tv from bed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The guys at the front desk will always tell you what extra things to do! They have a booklet with all the activities offered around town for your reference to book, and can easily book it through them. They have a nice river view restaurant where their breakfast is served. Anything you want is available and made on the spot. I’m so glad I stayed here and looking forward to coming back already…

選擇他家完全是看中了超棒的復古風， 加上他家在布吉岛的酒店風評還不錯， 沒有太多猶豫就訂了。 Check in時我們打算包一艘船游湄公河， 值班經理很熱情的詢問需不需要預訂一些食物， 而且可以幫忙布置， 另一位年紀稍長的女士看我掛着相機， 把我帶到了他們的藏酒室， 讓我拍一些照片， 還說可以選一款紅酒帶到船上。 看了MENU以後我們覺得並不是很喜歡， 就表示衹包船就好， 值班經理的態度馬上發生了大轉變。 由於當時房間還沒有準備好， 我們出去溜達了一圈， 回來剛好碰到他熱情洋溢的送走了一羣白人住客， 看到我們回來再次展現戲劇性變臉， 轉頭對前台說“304、305”就走開了， 前台倒是還算熱情， 幫我們把行李送到了房間， 並詳細介紹了房間情況， 這是在這家酒店遇到的第一個不愉快。 由於他家SPA在琅勃拉邦很有名， 在預訂時我訂了含SPA的套餐， 辦理入住時前台並沒有詢問是否需要預約， 之後我想起來與前台預約， 被告知當天已經約滿， 因為第二天我們中午就要離開琅勃拉邦， 便把時間預約到第二天早上9點， 結果當天晚上卻跑來告訴我們， 第二天早上的也滿了， 衹能選擇中午， 這樣我們便沒時間做這個項目， 前台說他的權限無能為力， 我們可以第二天與經理溝通。 第二天退房時我們向經理提出這個問題（原來昨天那位女士就是經理）， 她表示可以送我們一瓶紅酒， 感覺她對紅酒真的很有執念， 雖說他家在酒方面的選品還不錯， 但是這個處理並不讓人滿意。 我們說我們不需要這瓶紅酒， 而且我們是兩個房間， 她又提出可以送我們去火車站作為補償。 由於時間比較緊， 不想再做過多糾纏， 衹能同意。 臨走前她還找我要昨天在藏酒室的照片， 原來在這等着呢。 早上吃早餐時， 我們是主動要的餐單， 我們就坐以後旁桌來了兩個白人， 同一個服務員就很熱情的送上菜單， 並且殷勤的問他們今天過的怎麼樣， 那諂媚的表情讓我覺得有點噁心。 那位女經理當時也在餐廳， 上菜時全程麪無表情， 放盤子的聲音還特別響， 這不應該是一個酒店經理人的素質。 總之， 這家酒店舔白很厲害， 看到不少國內住客在他家也有類似的經歷， 發出來讓大家避避坑， 他家的價格和服務非常不匹配， 琅勃拉邦好酒店一大把， 實在沒必要在他家花錢找不痛快。

We stayed for five nights at Mekong Charm hotel. The location was wonderful, right across the street from the river view. We had a room with a balcony that was very nice. The balcony chairs are a bit uncomfortable and the table much to large, but it is still nice. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water and bottled water provided. The front desk manager was very kind and always willing to help. Why a 3 star revies and not 4? I struggled with this but we had a couple concerns. One was my shoes were missing the second morning from the area where they want you to leave them. After looking everywhere the desk mgr went and retrieved them from one of the workers. So, if she took my $40 sketcher sandals, could we trust her when cleaning our room? So, we said no housekeeping and we just switched out towels with the desk clerk. We also had our laundry done and it came back clean, but very wet. Not three items were dry. Thankfully we had a balcony and were able to get a clothesline and hang everything up to dry. Pillows are in need of replacement and a king bed needs more than 2 regular sized pillows. Plug-ins, Easter basket and hair dryer handles all need to be cleaned from time to time. For what we paid, we didn’t complain but I did voice my concern about my shoes being taken.

I took a half day emountain bike this morning with 2 other people. I was super excited having paid $75 for it, had high expectations... The bike itself looked fine, however it could not handle steep hills. I asked another guest on the tour to test it as I was really struggling. He said it had no oomph or power on the steeper hills. He too ended up pushing it which he didnt have to do at all on his bike at any point. The others were motoring through pain free and they were older than me. The guide tested and said it was fine. Of course. The climbs were steep and it was exhausting. We never got to stop for photos or admire the scenery and it felt like an endurance test. We were then taken on a hike to some caves but I couldn't manage it after the exertion of getting there. The guide never checked on me and just let me go down alone. There was a van with three men in it (at this point I didn't know they were going to take my bike to the next village). As a solo traveller my first thought is my safety. Here I am waiting (no phone signal) in the middle of nowhere with these three young men there. The woman in my group observed there was 'bedding in the back'. It was unacceptable. I was then deposited I'm a village somewhere (alone) and waited for the others. Please note I am fit, lift weights and play badminton in a league. I have also played semi professional football. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but as ”the guide said it was fine” it clearly was, fine. Breathtaking. I also felt the reply had a degree of judgement in it ”difficulties completing the course” like I'm a 39st unit! There are no managers/decision makers on site. A premium price for a basic product- should have just hired a mountain bike for a tenth of the price. I hate giving bad reviews and if it had cost a bit less then I probably wouldn't but I really think people should know they are rolling the dice with this company. Absolute waste of time and money. Lunch was ok. Avoid. I feel so mugged off.
