The hotel was good. But somehow I did not like the taste of the food (it's totally my personal thinking).

Staff was really helpful especially Amit was very kind and humble. I would love to visit again . I like the butter noodles and talking about rooms they were well maintained and cleaned . Great service and good coordination between staff. Really enjoyed

Room was amazing very comfortable stay and food was very tasty ved is very comfortable washroom meet and clean special thanks to mr Vivek from housekeeping he very helpful he make my room he help me lot over all my experience was good thank u team Novotel 😙😊

Novotel hospitality is always great ! We had a wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff checked in regularly to ensure all was good or if we needed anything. Special Vivek from house keeping who make my room we got whatever we needed and also guided us so that we had a wonderful gastronomic experience......... trying some Awadhi cuisine. The location is so good and one can go for long walks ***** the Gomti Nagar. Over all it was super.

So good food and fast service and we will get so many choices to eat in the breakfast... We visit lots of places and I must say it's the best experience for me in the Novotel Lucknow, from service team Shivendra,Rishabh, Saurabh was so excellent person, they all are gem of this property, so good attitude and polite behaviour.. And the Shivendra is the best...

Food was amazing and staff were very kind and helpful specially shivi and amit. Deserts were very tasty and delicious specially Gulab jamun.I had an amazing stay over there with such amazing staff.they made my day good with their positive attitude.

The f n b staff department was really good . The staff were really helpful . Shoutout to Amit Shivi , really helpful , always smiling and good customer service . Thank you for the awesome service .. Regarding the housekeeping department , I would like the service to kindly be a little more punctual and efficient. I had to call up the desk 3 times to remind them on different time interval to kindly send us room sandals and there was a 7 hour delay for the same to be brought to our room for me and my colleague . Overall for the hotel .. . It was good . Thank you for the service
