It was a nice experience overall. The staff was nice as well. The only issue I faced was with the cleanliness of the room. Also, they could provide a better entertainment system in the rooms.

I am a frequent traveller and have stayed at numerous properties across many countries, and I must say that my recent experience at Fairfield Marriott Lucknow was truly outstanding. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service extended to us. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, courteous, and genuinely committed to ensuring our stay was both comfortable and memorable. The morning breakfast spread was delightful, offering great variety and quality. Room service was prompt, attentive, and consistently excellent. The overall atmosphere of the property—welcoming, calm, and impeccably maintained—added significantly to the enjoyment of our trip to Lucknow. One thing is certain: whenever I return to Lucknow, Fairfield Marriott will be my hotel of choice. Kudos to the entire management and staff. You should be incredibly proud of the wonderful experience you create for your guests. Well done!

The towels had some stains on it and the dinner that I ordered arrived quite late with dessert that went cold . But the location and the main dish that I ordered was good .

I didn’t have time to fully use all the services to evaluate them. But overall there are no complaints. Adequate price for adequate service.
