Charges for mini bar has been taken later during checkout. The same was never mentioned while check in. Hotel management was rude during check out and no staff was present at reception during late check in. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

メトロの駅から近く便利。Restaurantの食事がなかなか美味しい。部屋にミニ・バー（お菓子、ドリンク：有料）があるのも良い。

Experience was good. Rooms are well maintained. Food is very good. Staff was well behaved and made sure your small to small needs are taking care off.

It was a comfortable stay. Check in was smooth i will recommend it for solo travellers to give it a shot.

I didn't get the invoice with different prices for single and double occupency rooms from sarc at varanasi and gemini at lucknow as promised by your people

Location of the property is very good. Very close to hazratganj market. The property is under renovation and construction work continues till early morning disturbing sleep. I booked luxury room. Monument facing with king bed but after reaching hotel i was told that the room is not available and they offered room with twin bed only. That too without any compensation for the higher booking amount paid on makemytrip. This is their regular practice. So booking higher category room on mmt is of no use. Staff is polite. Food is good. Due to room category problems, i will not stay in this hotel again.

Ac duct leaking. Water spillage in my room from ac duct. No soap in toilet. Valet parking not done. Queen bed not available.

All though the hotel was under going renewation it was very well managed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay.

Excellent central location of gemini continental hotel. The food was great and the breakfast spread was satisfying. Parking was adequate. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

1. The restaurant food is not up to the mark. Even after requesting no chillies etc. 2. Breakfast is ok. But the assistance staff are not interested in customer etc. 3. Construction work is going on. Too noisy from 7 a. M. -10:45 pm. 4. All staff hungry for tips daily. 5. Sheets are clean. 6. Room is fairly clean but towels are old and dirty looking. 7. Ac is affective. 8. Wedding point next door, so all night noisy. 9. Over priced rooms. 10 location is fairly good.

The stay was great. If you want some outside food. Available just beside the hotel. Service is really great

I had a pleasant stay at gemini continental, the food and ambience was great.. but the rooms were a bit smaller than expected from such a hotel.. otherwise great experience 😇

Property location is the plus point for tourist coming to visit nearby attractions or market places as it is nearby to everything. Hotel staff are trained and the amenities are top class
