Nice hotel in the heart of the city . We was there to attend an function . Room was spacious . All the fittings and design are very modern . Quality of the fittings are not good . They need to make an improvement . Breakfast was good with an decent spread .

Have stayed just of one night this week only. Sharing below experience : 1. Reception staff took good time to allot a room. 2. Bathroom had exhaust fan which was very noisy. Even Pot jet was not working. 3. Had to change room which was comparatively better. 4. Room had no phone signal. Even Hotel Wifi was not working. Staff was clueless. 5. Had to ask for Iron which was given defective & Broken. 6. Next morning Breakfast was not ready till 8 am. On asking I was asked to wait till 8.15. Even after that few food items were nit placed.When another guest ask for it, the restaurant staff reverted very rudely to him that it's not our responsibility & you may complaint for Kitchen & chef. 7. Food quality is the worst with very limited option. 8. Hotel lift was also very noisy. I am a frequent traveler to different cities but posting such reviews for the first time for any property. Not recommended even if offered for free stay. What I believe this Hotel gets a good number of bookings for functions / marriages and thus they do not entertain / focus on family travelers or individual travelers. Property not maintained at all.
